The food quality just isn’t what it should be. The pizza tastes mediocre, the ingredients don’t seem very fresh, and the food is often served cold, which makes the whole meal even more disappointing. Overall, it just doesn’t feel worth the price.
It’s especially frustrating to see the prices continue to go up without any noticeable improvement in quality or overall experience. When you’re paying more, you naturally expect better food.
Overall, the experience has been more disappointing than anything else, and it just hasn’t matched what you’d hope for at that price point.
It’s also disgusting when you order delivery and the driver shows up reeking of cigarettes, just the thought of someone chain smoking around my food while delivering it is a major turn off to even think about ordering.

This place was nice and roomy, with a great party room! They were very receptive to my service dog, Luna. We all had a great time! I would personally add some more arcade games in there instead of just a claw machine!

Pickup is always awesome. Delivery is terrible. Took over an hour to get our order. It’s cold. 14” pepperoni pizza had 6 pepperonis on it. Some pieces didn’t have any. This is supposed to be the cinnamon snazzy. It looks like burnt sausage that’s been in the back all day. Spent $30 for this .

I picked up an order this past Monday. Very friendly staff service was quick and food was great! I think someone called her Brooke she was very kind helped get my food to my car told me about curbside ordering. Would recommend over any other Giovanni’s I’ve been to.

Not gonna lie it’s super frustrating ordering AND paying for extra cheese and not getting it. Not only that, but the crust is paper thin, and the amount of sauce on the pizza i picked up a little bit ago seemed like they took a teaspoon worth and tried to smear it around which resulted in essentially me just paying for two types of cheese bread…which is not what I wanted.

Giovanni’s in Lucasville has awesome spaghetti, and is always very clean. The staff was very friendly with smiles and kind helpful questions and very alert to the customers needs. Such a warm and inviting place.

The food is good and delivery time is excellent. My 2 main, chronic issues with this establishment:
1. Extra cheese never seems to be all that “extra” on their pies. It seems to be a standard amount despite me paying extra for, well……EXTRA.
2. Additional sauces are always missing. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve ordered a garlic butter to go with my pizza, but upon arrival there is no garlic butter to be found.
Despite these pet peeves, they do serve pretty good food in a town where options are quite limited. All their drivers (except 1 ever) have been very professional and friendly.

I don’t know what’s happening, my guess is they’re going cheap on ingredients like everyone else, but the last 2 pizzas I got from there were terrible. And I won’t be ordering again. The sauce, the crust, it was awful.
