I had a few issues with their app, but once we picked up the order and got in the car to go home… It smelled so mouthwatering good we could barely wait to get home and start eating! My boyfriend got the Super Sub and I chose the Meatball Sub. Glad I picked up a menu for placing other orders later because we are now going to be regular customers. I very highly recommend Giovanni’s!

I reviewed the other day and had my locations mixed up. We stopped here and at the time they didn’t have Dine in at the time so we went to another location. I have been here but it has been a few years. What i can remember the food was very good and the service as well.

I live in Dayton, Ohio but make the trip to Washington Courthouse to Giovanni’s for their Antipasta salad, that could easily feed a family of four, and their Red dressing, a savory , sweet, garlicy concoction that would also make a great dipping sauce for chicken tenders or wings. I’m about to sound like a Karen here. I get the same sandwich here every time I come. About 50% of the time they get the order wrong. They never give a discount or reimbursement. I live across town and pick the order up, so I’m wasting gas making this trip twice on the days I order this sandwich. I don’t know how more clear I can be on my order. If the owners read these reviews, I would appreciate if you would reach back out to me. I work in customer service in a service department so I try really hard not to get angry or be mean to anyone in customer service. But a person can only take so much. I didn’t see one adult in the shop when I arrived with my incorrect sandwich. I wanted to scream at the kid but I didn’t. I stayed as calm as I could. It wouldn’t be so bad if it was a one time thing, but it’s not. It’s happened over and over again. So when ordering your food here, BE VERY CLEAR ON WHAT YOU ARE ORDERING or they WILL screw it up!!

I ordered a 16 inch cheese pizza with two garlic pizzas online at 4:29pm. We got home and it was perfectly fine until we got to the last four slices of pizza and we found pepperoni hidden under the cheese only on those 4 slices. My husband is vegetarian and none of us eat pork so we were rather disappointed when we discovered the pepperoni as we’ve ordered from Giovannis a few times before and never had a problem. I contacted the store at 5:52pm to see if we can rectify the order when I was met with such horrid customer service that subpar would be a compliment. A boy answered and passed me on to a lady with an attitude most certainly not fit for customer service. In the background as they were discussing the issue I could hear their comments of “well what does she want us to do with it? She wasn’t charged for it” as if they had made an improvement to my order. I then had to explain my issue several times as for some reason the lady I spoke to couldn’t understand that some people don’t want pepperoni on their pizza. I was told their policy is they have to have at least half of the pizza to be brought back into the store for them to rectify it. I live 20 mins from the store so they want us to drive 60 mins in total for us to get the correct pizza? After being informed of their policy and seeing how well the pepperoni was hidden I suspect someone in the kitchen was playing roulette as to whether or not their customers would find the incorrect quarter of their pizza before eating more than half. The phone call lasted 7mins and ended with no resolution as they insisted I needed to bring in at least half a pizza when I had explained to them many times that we only discovered this issue when we got to the last 4 slices. It’s not like people eat pizza every night either so should you have more than half your pizza before you find a problem would they prefer us freeze it so it doesn’t go mouldy?

We never dine in as there isn’t entertainment for the kids here. This is the best pizza place in town! We don’t get pizza but a couple times a year and this is the place to go! We always order a couple 19″ mushrooms and they are fantastic ! We get quadruple mushrooms and it’s totally worth it. My husband is from Indiana and it reminds him of a popular place there. This is by far the best tasting pizza in town. Try it!

Amazing food. Great for eating with my nephews who were visiting from out of state. Even during delivery, the food always arrives hot, any mistakes are extremely rare, high-quality food, exceptional service, orders are ready promptly, and their prices are very reasonable.
