Ordered the cheese breadsticks with bacon, there was no cheese on them just bread with bacon. The gm manager said maybe I should have ordered double cheese, so it’s my fault she didn’t know how to make them? ! I’ve been ordering from them for 20 yrs and never gotten them with no cheese. They did remake the order next day and again nothing like they use to be.

So nice having the buffet now. Salad bar was so fresh and the pizza and pasta were hot and fresh. Pizzas change up as one runs low and they even have a dessert hot on the buffet. And don’t forget your drink is provided as well.
The price was about what you would expect with all the fresh choices.
Employees are very kind and accommodating. Even during the busy drive thru times.

I used to love this Giovanni’s and Wood order there every single week for me and my kids. Last night for Super Bowl Sunday the owner posted on their business Facebook page a picture of a pizza with the caption “guaranteed better than the half time show”….. As a Hispanic American, I know what he meant. It’s absolutely disgusting. When I voiced my concerns politely to the business, he promptly hung up on me. I will never Ever spend a dollar with this business again, and I will make sure that everyone knows who owns this business and in my opinion appears to be racist towards certain groups of people especially the Hispanic community. Disgusting behavior.

Been ordering here since I moved here over 3 years ago. LOVE Giovanni’s, but this location is *not* a Giovanni’s. Everywhere I’ve lived in the past it’s the best pizza joint around. This one? Just steadily gets worse and should be de-franchised. Never get what I pay for, portions get smaller while prices go up, service isn’t great save a couple employees. Consistently poor health dept inspections. Don’t get the wings, they’re almost always raw and I have to re-cook them once I get home. Don’t split your toppings on a pizza because they think half-and-half means 90/10 and you end up with half a house upset. Don’t get a large calzone because it’s smaller than a regular and paper-thin. Almost every time I go through the drive thru I’m waiting a long time because there’s a (rightfully so) disgruntled customer at the counter. Go elsewhere.

Love the new salad bar! The new owner/management have changed things up a bit. I heard several people upset because the subs are off the lunch buffet, including my husband. We drive from Barboursville to Westmoreland because of the subs. So I guess we can go to Barboursville from now on. Food was great, new employees are super friendly.

I’ve had nothing but good experience with this place before tonight. I ordered my usual: 19in pepperoni on half the rest with banana peppers green olive onion and ham, and a small cheese stick for delivery. It took the usual hour to get here which is to be expected so that wasn’t a big deal even though they surely werent that busy on a thursday evening. The problem was with the pizza toppings they added, they were very light which is not what they normally do and when i say light i mean they were barely visible and when i inspected it further there was barely any toppings added except for the green olives there was a neat pile of them in one spot about the size of an orange.
This being unusual for them and me having been a repeat customer for over a year i called in and asked if i could have my pizza remade. In my opinion this was completely reasonable considering i agreed to not eat the pizza and return it to the delivery person once they brought the new one. Now i live 5 minutes away from this pizza place and the new pizza they brought me took ten minutes to get here. I gave the driver who seemed uninterested in the issue the old pizza and he gave me the new one with no apology or explanation. Upon openong the pizza box i see that there are even less toppings on this pizza and there is so little cheese that the sauce and dough are visable. Also, bacause it took so little time to get here i believe it was taken out of the oven early so the dough was still uncooked. I attempted to call back again but was interrupted by the employee i spoke with many times so instead of getting angry and upset with her i hung up. Ill try calling in tomorrow and maybe try speaking with the owner, and hopefully the issue can be resolved. If not this place will lose my business for good. Ill post an update on my experience with the owner or manager tomorrow. Attached are photos of the second pizza. I didnt think of taking pictures of the first.

Very sad, I’ve ordered from here for the last four years. But today is the last day they’ll get my business. I had to not only pick up my pizza I ordered for delivery but I had to put the pizza back in the oven because it wasn’t done. Mind you, I asked for WELL DONE. The middle was uncooked to the point when I tried to get the pieces apart to put on a pan to put them in the oven the dough wouldn’t cut and was still wet because it wasn’t cooked at all. I tried to give them so many chances. Lesson learned
