My boyfriend and I stopped to order some food on the way home from Ohio, and the staff was wonderful. They told us 15 minutes for the calzone we ordered, my boyfriend went inside to get it and the lady working told him that I would be a bit longer and that she would bring it to the car when it was ready. She did and she also gave us a free brownie for the wait, which was completely unnecessary but very appreciated. The brownie and the calzone were phenomenal. Will definitely stop back in if we are ever this way again!!

This last trip was a huge disappointment. Ordered Steak Wedges and ended up with something that mimics a ham sandwich. It looked like a pizza, sliced, with the slices stacked on top of the other slices in a wedge shape with lettuce, mayonnaise, very little steak, and very thick cut onion slices. They forgot the green peppers and it had no flavor. I’ll never order that ever again.

Stopped here after visiting the mothman museum. The food and service was great! Shout out to Brock who took our order and brought us our food, he was very nice and courteous as well as the young lady who turned the fans on for us in the out door dining area. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

I grew up with the original Giovannis in Ashland, Ky. When you first opened the food was excellent. My last 3 times I have ordered 1st Pizza and wings not done; 2nd same order asked well done… had to recook both items; today Philly cheesesteaks and fries … not sure what I got. Never had lettuce and tomato on such sandwich. Fries were cold and tasted as if they had been refried. I’m hoping you fix things before you lose more customers such as myself.

While we were visiting in Point Pleasant we stopped to get a pizza to picnic at the park and watch the boats on the river. The pizza was delicious and the price and service was great. If in the area we will stop there again.

Good pizza and lasagna. That being said the garlic bread is small. The bread gets too hard if your picking up food. (live close by) Normal size garlic bread won’t get hard as fast. The staff has are always friendly and efficient. Thier food is a Good value for the price.
