Brought my mom in for her birthday and the food looked like it had been there since the put out the buffet. Had to go up and get refills ourselves. Was being charged our table and the table beside of us went up to get it fixed and the manager wouldn’t even come and help with the matter she made two other employees do it for her. Both the girl and boy called us lairs and was very rude, the girl told another male employee not to come up there to us. All around very disappointed. The food and employees use to be super nice . This use to be our favorite place to eat. We won’t be back.

I took my children here to eat for the first time. The customer service was the best I’ve had in a long time. The server was friendly and great at her job. (I wish I would have caught her name.) The lady working the register was also really nice. I will definitely go back, and I would definitely recommend. I really appreciate the friendly employees and good customer service, seems like it’s very hard to come by now days.

As someone marrying into a family from the region, it is understood that Giovanni’s is a staple of their diet. We have eaten at Giovanni’s from Lexington to Clendinin and everywhere in between and I have to say, I think this is my favorite Giovanni’s.
The food is always excellent, the service is always very good, the dining room is kept very clean, and hey- they offer a buffet pretty regularly (everyday I think?). What’s not to love.
Red dressing isn’t for me (sorry I only married into it), but it’s top tier at this location still and not the bad premade stuff from corporate
If you like pizza, it’s hard to go wrong with Giovanni’s. If you like Giovanni’s, you won’t go wrong with this one in Milton – it’s the best (in my unbiased – not from around here – opinion)
Edited: oops, I meant Milton!! Not Hurricane you can really tell I’m not from around these parts. But I assure you, the MILTON Giovanni’s is the best I’ve been to!

Nice pizza buffet and some pasta. Clean and comfortable. Super close to the interstate. Gasoline near and other shopping. Tasty pizza we ordered the Pepperoni Pounder and some chicken tenders. Sweet tea and sodas. Had plenty to take home. Large was so large. We could had eaten a small. Locally owned. Nice drive thru as well.

I have frequented this locations several times since moving to Milton and I’ve never had an issue, until now. I purchased the wedge, it was saturated in mayonnaise to the point the bottom crust was soggy , and the top crust was overcooked.

It was quiet and relaxed. With our arrival of 6, they made sure to get some hot food out on the buffet. Everyone agreed, “this place is good”. We liked all the pizza and the salad bar. We all agreed the spaghetti was also pretty good. They had fettuccine Alfredo too and we used some of the sauce with the garlic bread. They had 2 different sandwiches, and only tasted on with ham which was good. Only salad bar topping missing was carrots but there were plenty of other toppings and lettuce was nice and fresh.
Staff were friendly and accommodating, opening up the second room for our party of 6. We had to go up once and to get a refill for one person and they were out checking on us later and refilling drinks.
