The Pizza was hot and delicious. My only complaint is that the Pizza was a slop jalop meaning it slops when holding it when I feel the Pizza should be crunchy and stay flat when holding it up but that doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy this Pie. The service was incredible and the delivery driver brought the heat with a quick hand off and I’m very full right now.

I had high hopes for Giovanni’s. I was staying the night in Charleston and took a look at the reviews for many Italian places and settled on Giovanni’s. I got baked ravioli and I was disappointed with the filling, but that could have just been me. The sauce was meat sauce, but there was very little meat and it seemed like it could have been from a jar. There was a good amount of cheese melted on top and there was a good amount of garlic bread, but not much garlic on it. I liked the little restaurant, it seemed very homey and welcoming. Got a crustless pizza for my daughter, ended up getting a big tub of oil and cheese. The cheese is encased in oil. Guy working just kind of blew it off and said they may be able to get out in 2 hours or so. I live 8 minutes away.

All around, it was a great experience! My family and friends eat here often and we’re never disappointed. There is a great variety of Italian and Greek foods. There is hardly any wait on food. The dining room has a great atmosphere and is family friendly. Workers were very friendly and easy to talk to. Anything you order is sure to be great.

I sat outside waiting for my food to be delivered after the delivery driver called me and I told him exactly where I would be and what id be wearing he somehow couldn’t find me and took my food back to the store then they told me I would have to pick it up keep in mind im a college student with no car I would never order from here again

Delivery was quick. Ordering was okay to good experience. Calzone was hot and salad cold upon arrival.
When on the menu it has (No Pizza Sauce), I took it for granted that it typically came without pizza sauce and I didn’t need to specify. It came with pizza sauce.
I called to question. What typically comes in Gyro calzone? I pointed out what it states on menu. I was told computer tells them pizza sauce for some reason. I did not ask for re-make nor was I offered for any compensation for misunderstanding.
I am learning I need to be very specific without taking anything for granted.
The Gyro Calzone was very good. However, I had wanted and expected it without pizza sauce.
