My 5 stars go to the lady at the register her customer service is outstanding. She’s warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made a great first impression. I do think the rest of the staff could improve in professionalism; one employee was smoking and wearing flip-flops, and employee appearance matters when it comes to customer experience.
That said, the pizza was absolutely delicious! We ordered the 18-inch extra-large, and even then we were left wanting more. Since it was our first visit, we wanted to play it safe but next time we’ll definitely try the Big Momma.
We will be coming back for sure. Thank you for the great service and tasty pizza!

Giovanni’s New York Pizza never misses. The pizza is consistently fresh and flavorful, making it one of our favorite local spots. The garlic knots are amazing and a definite must-order. Great customer service with a fun sense of humor that makes the experience even better. This place is a must-try if you’re looking for authentic New York–style pizza and a welcoming atmosphere.

We dinned in to eat the very first time we ate here. I waited a whole year to just order this pizza. When I say it’s some of the best pizza!! I mean it’s some of the best I have tasted. You must have their Canoli’s. If I could have these shipped to my home I would in a heart beat. Whether you go In to eat or order out. You will not be disappointed.

Hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! The flavor was incredible — true New York style, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. My mom even said she felt like she “died and went to heaven” after her first bite!

We have been coming to Sal’s for years. We come for the excellent pizza, and fair prices. A added benefit is the great service we get from manager Amy, she always makes us feel welcome by remembering us, and taking care of our needs. For us and all our friends Sal’s is our place when it comes to Pizza.

The people were friendly and didn’t rush us to place our order. The pizza was delicious wasn’t burned or over cooked it was perfect. If I come to Winter Haven again I will definitely come back. They even had a 30 inch pizza Wow it was huge enough for 4-6 people.
