We came in at around 9:30 pm on a Saturday night and were sat immediately. Our waiter was very knowledgeable on everything on the menu and were glad we took his recommendations on the seasonal crab cakes (delicious btw). The tuna tartare was not my favorite, it’s unexpectedly sweet, but that was definitely just a personal preference and my boyfriend loved it! I did see a couple reviews about house rolls but we didn’t get some or were ever offered any, not sure it’s because we walked in an hour and a half before closing but it was a slight bummer. For our mains we stuck to two pasta dishes, the fusilloni and carbonara in a jar. I enjoyed my fusilloni, it was perfectly covered in their vodka sauce and the herbed breadcrumbs added such a nice touch. The carbonara was also very tasty, it does in fact come in a jar and they then shake and serve on a plate in front of you. It was extremely creamy and rich, just what my boyfriend was looking for. The ambiance on a Saturday night was great, by the bar gets a bit loud and you see a mix of people just wanting to get a drink and or others with friends sat in a big party. We really enjoyed our time here and definitely want to come back to try other heavier non-pasta dishes.

We’ve been to Giostra quite a few times and the last time was not the best experience. We did come back and were pleasantly surprised by how amazing our experience was this time! We will definitely be returning customers and can’t wait to come back! The homemade pasta is delicious!

My family and I dined here for the first time tonight to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We were seated and served complimentary champagne just because we had to wait a couple of extra minutes. It turned out much of the food is cooked in soy based oil, and due to my soy allergy, I actually couldn’t eat anything on the menu. Our waitress was very attentive and ran everything past the kitchen. She came back to the table with Chef Massimo, who took my allergies so seriously and very clearly felt bad. I didn’t want to make a fuss but he insisted “What do you have a taste for? I’ll make you anything.” I said it was okay just to order what everyone else wanted and he made us laugh to say “I don’t care about everyone else. I only care about you.” Surprised me with ahi tuna for appetizer and personally took care to customize the dishes, including allergen friendly cacio e pepe. He also brought all the dishes to me himself and served me directly, which was so above and beyond! Thank you to all staff and Chef Massimo for great service and wonderful attention to detail! We all enjoyed and had a great time!

This restaurant was such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is clean, warm, and very aesthetic perfect for a nice dinner or even just a casual night out.
The service was outstanding. Our server, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and gave excellent recommendations that we really enjoyed. The manager also stopped by our table to check on us, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming. Both the staff and management were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit.
I definitely recommend visiting this restaurant. Between the amazing food, top-notch service, and stylish ambiance, it’s a spot that truly stands out. Can’t wait to come back!

Service was the best I have had in a very long time. Best pork chop I’ve ever had. Also the tuna was so fresh and had flaky salt on it and was perfect every bite. The flaky salt was a nice touch. Presentation of the food was fantastic and the portions are perfect. From start to finish had an amazing experience. Our server was absolutely amazing we had 2 kids with us one 2 years old. We were joking saying to the two year old she needed to take more bites of her food or the chef will be really upset because he is working really hard to put the food at the table for us to eat. I believe the server heard us but the chef came out and checked in on us and specifically the 2 year old to make sure she was satisfied and she was and he said he would bring out a surprise for the two year old if she ate her food and look what he did for us. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. Perfect place for a date night as well the atmosphere is really cool.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Giostra on 4/5/25. Arrived early for a drink at bar, service was top notch! Wife and I had martinis and were even offered taste of one of their special cocktails the Rosa Paloma which was really good. dinner service was a little behind our reservation but we were notified and even offered some Prosecco while we waited the extra 15 min. Dinner service was excellent and all our meals were delicious. Wine selections were great. Our group had a great time and look forward to visiting again soon.

A touch of Italy you don’t wanna miss
We started with the grilled octopus and had the pork chop and the Branzino as our main course.
The service was spectacular, and the food was delicious. The stick toffee pudding was a little on the dry side but the flavor was amazing. Pricey but the food was exquisite. Definitely worth the price.
A comment to the owner: your valet service is very overbearing. I did not want to let them park my car as a personal preference but they blocked off all of the parking. You should adjust this to allow more parking towards the end of the strip for other guests. I understand you want to give your patrons a luxury experience but more then 8 spots reserved is a lot.
Whatever the sauce is on that pork chop. You need to put that in a jar and sell it. Exceptional.
