We went on the same day as a popular concert was going on and the staff was bombarded. We listened to them work through the massive amounts of orders (there may have been some yelling involved haha) and loved it. It was like an old school environment–hot ovens, big crowd, no air conditioning, coworkers getting on each other but getting things done and food delivered to the tables. Our waitress even joked w us a few times when the kitchen got a little loud w one another:) Great job, great food, great people.

This was the only place open while we walked around waiting for a noon Pirates game, and I’m so glad it was. The food was incredible (ton of selections and huge portion sizes!) and the service was amazing. It’s a family-owned business and we had a great conversation with the owner while we waited for a food. Please stop in if you’re in the area! Total gem!

Food was really good but service was awful, anytime we’d ask for something it was as if we were inconveniencing them. We asked for plates and silverware and they gave us one plate and one thing of silverware? There were three of us. Everyone was super rude, if I were to ever come back here I’d order take out, but I doubt we’ll make the trip again, there are so many other pizza places in Pittsburgh worth going to with better service and staff.

OMG the food was amazing. We had steak calzones, pasta, pizza & lasagna. I only spent 2 nights in Pittsburgh & didn’t have time to revisit. Would go again 1000 times!!
