Easily some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Crispy crust, delicious melted cheese. Only reason not five stars was the service was pretty rough. Minima refills with beverages, waited an additional 15 min for our ticket. Wasn’t super busy.

A must stop here in the Chicago area. If you think you’ve tried deep dish pizza but haven’t had it here, think again. Two slices are a full meal. Great service and a good price point to feed any group size. Remember to order right away for the deep dish so it can cook. The Appetizer sampler is also the way to go!

Excellent deep dish pizza. We always order take out to go but we decided to go to the restaurant this time to eat inside. We ordered our pizza ahead of arrival at the restaurant. 30 minutes ahead of time.When we arrived at the restaurant we ordered beverages and our pizza was ready in 10 minutes. I highly recommend you order your pizza ahead of time because it usually is a 45 minute to 60 minute wait. The service was great and the pizza was fresh and hot. They have a variety of salads and appetizers to choose from. The service was very good and we were able to have a free small cup of vanilla ice cream for dessert. The server was great.

I’m born and raised in Chicago. My family and I eat Giordano’s REGULARLY. I’m currently hosting family and friends from out of town and I BRAG on Chicago’s tavern style pizza. In an attempt to ensure my guests get AMAZING Chicago pizza, I insisted that we get Giordano’s.
Much to my surprise, this experience was disappointing!!!
We ordered thin crust, cheese and sausage. From the picture, it looks like a plain cheese pizza. Not to mention, there’s no corn meal on the crust!
When I called the restaurant, I was told there was nothing that could be done because the kitchen had been closed!
I would NOT recommend this location… at all!

Tasty delicious pizza. Hot, fresh and loaded with toppings. They lay the cheese on thick here. Would definitely order from this location again. Nice indoor dining area as well.

This is absolutely one of my favorite pizza place and a big part of it is because the food is absolutely delicious and I enjoy that old school family atmosphere. I really love it that everybody is super friendly and happy to see all of their customers ♂️it’s definitely one of those places that they go above and beyond to make sure it’s always right and I think there’s something super special about that❤️ so I’ve been to this location a few times and I’ve always had great service so I feel like whether you’re on your lunch break or you are stopping by with your family, it’s definitely going to be a good time, good food and good service I thought the calamari was just okay but one thing I can guarantee is this place has some of the best pizza on the planet stop by and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed❤️

Ordered for delivery at 5:30pm and 2.5hrs later nothing when I was told 1.5hrs for order. Been calling 30 minutes straight and nobody has picked up the phone. Order finally shows up and still no communication from the restaurant or even an answer to my calling. Unfortunately this is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. This isn’t the first time the place has disappointed me. This is the last straw. I’m done with this place. I’ll make the drive to Lou malnatis for better food and better quality of service. Shouldn’t matter what day it is. No excuses.

We ordered a deep dish Italian beef pizza with maybe 2 pieces of beef and paid $28. Dissatisfied spoke to manager Lily who granted me a credit for another pizza. Then when I went to redeem she wasn’t there, her staff let me leave without my pizza and only offered a $20 credit. They let me walk out the door without my pizza for $8! Wow! Really?
