Extremely late we are literally less than a 4 mins away drive time and it took almost 2hrs to get our meal. Then when we called in instead of saying hello or any kind of warm friendly greeting we were met with a man screaming into the phone saying we’re not taking any more orders keep in mind it’s 5:30 and they close at 10pm. Like what kind of greeting is that? Further more when I asked about our order he said it’s on its way. How could you know about my orders if you don’t know any of my information who I am what I ordered or where I live. Extremely disappointed in the level of customer service here and the fact that it takes over 2hrs to have delivery which is crazy.

I’m disappointed I ordered 2- 4 pc chicken dinners that stated it came with Cole slaw and 6 JoJo’s. What I got was 1 box with about 15 JoJo’s and 4 soggy wings, 2 soggy breast, and 2 broken soggy back pieces…no Cole slaw, no separate dinners as I ordered, where’s the drumstick? I did take my order no complain to attendant things were busy and you really don’t have much area to check so after home I checked and to my disappointment. I’m a chicken and jo jo lover the doggy wetness kinda turn off, I did eat your food cause I was hungry and I already spent the money but at this point time don’t know if I’ll gv another try another and refer or not. Sorry, but just shameful…

I had heard great things about their pizza and had the opportunity to finally give it a try. I walked in and placed a pickup order, then waited in the car until it was done. I ordered the Deluxe Pizza, and I will say it delivered on all the hype I had heard about it. The pizza tasted amazing and was loaded with toppings. There wasn’t any issue with the service. There just wasn’t a lot of interaction, but they were friendly. I can definitely say this is my new favorite pizza place.

Terrible service. Was waiting for an hr1 1/2 and when I called they were rude. I cancelled the order and they said good of and hung up on me. The food showed up 15 minutes later and the driver had no idea. I tipped but refused the food. Pass on this mess!!! Used to be really good. That sucks.

This pizza is very good!! It’s very tasty! The pizza has a medium crust and there is just the right amount of sauce! There’s a nice amount of cheese, too!!! The service is really quick, too! Since there are many Gionino’s pizzerias around the area, you should give it a try!!!

The is no where to dine i did take out. Takeout area felt like an oven. Pizza was excellent normally like thin and crispy and this pizza is not that. Crust melt in ur mouth not too dense but light and airy. The end of the crust is crispy so succulent.I got a small deluxe pizza. The right amount of sauce, cheese and the toppings. Perfect balance.

Ordered a pizza at 7:52 Internet says they’re open till nine showed up to pick it up and they said they canceled my order and they closed at eight. Why would you sell a pizza at 7:52 if you close at eight?
