I used to have a one star review but I realized it wasn’t the whole restaurant that deserves that but only the few who did what they did. This place has great pizza and great subs. The jojos are really good too. I just hope that things are better with how a few workers treat customers.

Gioninos is my favorite pizza joint in comparison to their competitors in and around town. I’ve only had 1 complainable experience, in which my crust was a little undercooked. Although good, I wish the texture of their wings were crispy. Overall, their food is delicious and made as ordered. Staff is polite and delivery is on time if not earlier than specified.

Horrific service. They messed up 2 orders, the 2nd time they indicated they would provide a credit. When I attempted to order with the credit, they had no record of it, and refused to honor it even when I asked for the Supervisor. No issues at all w/ Lake Milton or Streetsboro stores. Avoid this one.
