We ordered the chicken tender meal (3 large tenders and 3-4 big jojo’s, coleslaw and choice of sauces) and this is by far the best lunch or dinner package for $10 in Portage county. Staff is friendly and competent, although they are buried with orders during peak times … it’s still worth it! We have also, enjoyed their pizza, salad and Italian sub all with the same quality.
While this is a take-out shop, the Bar/restaurant next door has the same management and we often will bring our food there and there are various parks nearby that are fun too!
We don’t understand the negative reviews here, but suspect made by competitors, competitors customers or an unusual circumstance. See our picture below!

Updating my review because of their salads: I just received this antipasto salad today, (which was free for me since the previous one I ordered a couple of weeks ago was even worse than this one), and they haven’t improved the quality of the lettuce.
We normally REALLY enjoy their pizzas and subs but we’re going to need to go elsewhere for a good salad!!

Second time in a row I’ve ordered chicken and Jojos where I had to cook the chicken for 30 minutes in the oven to finish cooking it without it drying out. I’ll go with Guido’s or Siciliano’s from now on. Delivery driver was good.

Got some fried chicken delivered to me yesterday and it was covered in a goop/grease residue. Almost like they cooked it then just threw melted fat on everything. CLEAN YOUR GREASE TRAPS.

I hadn’t purchased food from this location in a while, and I’m so glad I did!! Alex made the best salads for my sister and I, and the rest the staff (possible owner and a young lady) were also wonderful. Always support local!!

The person answering the phone couldn’t answer 1 question. I asked the delivery charge; didn’t know. I asked if I could get multiple flavors of wings; didn’t know (& took awhile to figure it out). The pizza was very greasy. And they didn’t even cut the pizza!!! Worst Gianino’s I’ve ever been to & it’s normally one of my favorite pizza places.

Got there cauliflower crust pizza for the first time today and I asked for extra sauce and let me tell ya…they did NOT disappoint! Tasted very good and they were awesome w/ the toppings. I normally just order the wings but this will be my new go to! My kitty approved too!

I ordered chicken and jojos from there tonight. Since it’s something fast for dinner, before the am taking my kid to school. One they never texted me back to let me know my food was done yes I placed it online order for pick up. The jojos weren’t all the way done and the chicken was dry! I couldn’t even eat it.
