Gionionos is my fave pizza spot in NE Ohio. This was my first experience at this location. I’ve always had great food and service from the Solon, Akron and West Park locations. This location was no different. The man that answered the phone was very friendly and professional. I ordered the Gionionos Bread, a side salad, 2pc white snack and a 2L. Their prices are very reasonable. The bread was perfect. Cheesy, well seasoned and the perfect texture. Red and Garlic Butter sauces were well seasoned as well (they come cold and well packaged to prevent leaks). The chicken and JoJo’s were crunchy, tender and delicious. My only complaint is the chicken was soggy on the box side down bc there wasn’t any parchment to absorb the grease and it soaked through the box. The coleslaw was sweet, tangy and crisp (dip your JoJo’s in it. Trust me). The salad had more cheese than lettuce, but was visually appealing (it was warm as it was packaged on top of the bread, which was unpleasant. The lettuce wilted.) I also appreciate that the pop was ice cold.

Great Pizzeria for takeout. I’ve been coming here for years, and they have never once been disappointed. And if for some reason they get something wrong, they make sure they fix it. JoJo’s and wings were excellent. And the Hawaiian pizza hit the spot. Thank you, and I look forward to coming back. The store was busy with everyone running around trying to get the local area fed with good pizza.

I love their pizza especially the thin crust deluxe with white sauce. It doesn’t take them long to prepare my order and the staff is pleasant both on the phone and in person. They also have great customer service. I ordered and I picked up a antipasto salad but when I got home they had gave me a tossed salad by mistake. The antipasto salad is twice as much in price so i called to let them know and someone actually came to my house to switch the salads.

Pizza was good. Forgot to make my sub but I only had to wait 5 minutes for them to make. It was good. Excellent bread. I live in Bedford and get my pizza from them a lot. Only thing stopping them from getting 5 stars is sometimes they are a little stingy with the toppings. I had the Hawaiian pizza and it didnt have much ham. Most of the time it is 5 stars.

Ordered from here multiple times with same problem everyime. Well today had been the first in a long while. We ordered our pizza at 6:12 pm. Guy on phone repeated everything back to me correctly and gave me a time limit of 1 hour to 1 and a half(we live on same road of the pizza joint, its a 2 minute drive) . It was 7:40pm and still no pizza. Called and guy said “I don’t see your name here, it should be with the pizza diver”. Then he asked us to wait. We continued to wait now hour 2 is going by then finally they showed up with a cold pizza . At least they showed up this time. Not very pleased with this location. Usually order from “Twisted tomato” but they were closed today (only reason I ordered from here)
