Ordered a later dinner around 8pm, 2 cucumber rolls, 2 types of sashimi (salmon & tuna), 2 miso soups, and a fried rice for my girlfriend and I on Valentine’s Day. Very unhappy with the results, sushi rolls came undone and were falling apart out of the container, presentation was poor, order took over an hour to complete and the raw fish for the sashimi was room temperature at best, even our delivery person apologized because of the amount of time they waited, miso soups were watery and very little tofu or greens mixed in… For the price (about $60) and generally positive reviews, we expected much better and we’re sorely disappointed… I’m not one to complain about food, and this is one of less than 5 reviews I have given, but this was a huge mistake on many levels. I feel I’ll be lucky to not get sick from the seafood (due to temp), it seems completely unprofessional to put COLD/RAW FISH in the same container as a VEGETABLE SUSHI ROLL. Maybe I’m in the wrong, but overall would not recommend.

Food is always prepped in a timely manner but is always made fresh to order, and is steaming hot when I come to pick it up. You don’t have to worry about the fried rice being made pre-made or anything like that. The sushi is ok for the price, obviously there are better places to get sushi, but as far as the Chinese take out, I’d say it’s solid and flavorful and hits everytime. Can’t go wrong. The women with short hair who runs the front is very professional as well. Looks very clean on the inside too

I went here a few years ago. The hibachi shrimp, steak, noodles, and fried rice were all excellent and flavorful. The sushi was delicious too. At the time, we couldn’t eat in so we had to take it to go. I think it was around covid time.

Ginza has very professional staff that handles food ticket times well by making low times for food to be prepared based on the type of food cook times take to be fully cooked. There is no inside dinning at this location at the time writing this review. So the store only provides “Take Out” which is almost the same as dinning in. The food is really hot in the bag and stays hot for a good amount of time. You don’t have to rush home to eat your food hot. I’m not for sure if Ginza personally does delivery but I know for a fact that Ginza is on delivery applications such as GrubHub,DoorDash and UBEREATS.

I have gotten delivery and take out from here multiple times and I try something different each time. However, I tend to lean more towards trying their Vietnamese food. I have not been disappointed yet! Everything is delicious, their prices are reasonable, and my food has always been ready quickly and packed nicely.

Order take out from Ginza pretty regularly. Tonight we put in an order and an hour later got a message that our order was canceled due to the restaurant being out of a menu item. No phone call, no option to substitute. Sad to go, but I won’t be ordering from Ginza anymore.

Working on Saturday, just wanted to pick something easy up. Got the Teriyaki chicken bento and it was great! No complaints, loved the teriyaki flavor & would try it or another one again. The price reflected the amount of food I got so I’m satisfied.
