If I could eat here everyday I absolutely would!
I travel for work regularly and have been to many ramen restaurants and in restaurants in general. This is hands down my favorite. I am a creature of habit, I’ve been here easily 10 times in the two months I’ve been here and I always get the spicy chicken katsu roll with chicken katsu on the side. I haven’t had anything else, this dish is that good! You have to try this place if you’re nearby, you will not regret it!

This place is amazing. Came in with no expectations, but came out wowed! You need to get the katsu somehow as a combo piece or standalone. The crust tastes noticeably high quality and made in house. I had the peanut ramen and it was stellar. Hard to get great peanut soup in Michigan. The service ladies were efficient and kind.

I always DoorDash their food and it is ALWAYS ✨ delicious ✨ I love their chicken katsu sauce so I never knew if it was called differently or not but I asked on DoorDash and the person who packed my order is so cute! So note to self they always pack both “Pork Katsu Sauce & Chicken Katsu Sauce” but I love their sweet chicken katsu sauce! Chefs . Thank you to the team that packed my order with care and left me the note!

I thoroughly enjoyed my pork broth ramen (tonkotsu), but I highly suggest getting some of the spicy sauce and adding it to the broth if you like some heat with your noodles. The broth was creamy and flavorful, yet not too salty. It definitely warmed me up on a cold day.
I also got the pork katsu with cheese, and the portion was HUGE!!! The pork was tender with a crunchy texture on the outside. The sauce that came with the katsu added a nice touch in flavor.
You get a large portion for what they charge, and the service was quick and efficient. The interior was well kept and looks clean. I would totally come back when I’m in the area.

Wonderful food, excellent service. Nice cozy place for family gatherings. Staff is very attentive and accommodating with regards to slight modification requests for kids meals. Portions are liberal and prices are standard.

One of the saddest part of moving away from Rochester Hills is not being close enough to Ginza so I can come here more often. So I always make sure to treat myself to Ginza after my yearly doctor’s appointment and have been doing so for as long as they have been open.

Absolutely wonderful. This is definitely a restaurant worth checking out. This is one of the best ramen I had, and the Katsu rolls were absolutely EXQUISITE. I absolutely loved the lemon flavor in my beef broth ramen. It is really unique. Furthermore, inside the restaurant, it is really quiet and chill, so you can clearly hear the other speaking. The service ladies are nice, they even allowed us to add on ice cream despite printing out the bill for us. Speaking of ice cream, the mochi ice cream was amazing. It was just the perfect balance of sweetness, and perfect after a big meal such as this. This is definitely a restraunt I’m coming back too, and you should definitely check it out if you’re ever near by.

Only got one picture here but overall this place was alright. Not the best ramen I’ve ever had in my life, but certainly not bad. The pork cutlets were really good actually and sides were all good as well

I love visiting my parents in Rochester especially since I learned about Ginza Ramen!! We are former Angelenos and New Yorkers so we have had the pleasure of trying some of the best in the country and we couldn’t be more excited about the quality, flavor, portions and vibes! We will have to keep working through the menu but oh man- the Katsu is just so good. Our other faves are either of the beef Udon varieties and the spicy peanut ramen. Anyhow- nothing but good wishes for this business- get the word out!

I ordered the chicken katsu with curry, it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was crispy, the curry was flavorful, and the portion was generous. The service was great too — very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend!
