We had to be at Ft Dix and stumbled upon this place for a Hibachi dinner our group of 8. We are LUCKY we did. We were very pleasantly surprised that it was some of the best Hibachi we have ever had. The food flavors were perfect. The food was cooked exquisitely. The family who runs it was so accommodating and helpful. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Always a fantastic dinner at Ginza. We aim to try a new menu item each time we come, and this week it was the Tuna Pizza. Wow! So delicious and will become a regular staple for us. Also pictured are the Kami Kazi Roll and Mickey Mouse roll which were fantastic.

The sushi rolls were packed with flavor. The restaurant has nice decor and the service was attentive. I will try their Hibachi entrees next time to further assess. I would recommend it if you are in the area.

We had a sushi lunch here today. We started with the peppered tuna mango appetizer, with sauce on the side. It was delicious!
Then we shared the lunch special, which includes miso soup, ginger salad and 3 rolls for $15! Awesome!
And why not a bit of green tea and red bean ice cream for dessert.

Awful customer service. They sell gift cards, with an adress on it for another location. Mind you, the gift card does not say the tom’s river address on it at all. I went to the restaurant which’s adress was on the card and was told I could not use the card there. I drove to this location and I went in asking if they could do anything about the transaction and they told me that because the address is on the receipt of the gift card, there was nothing that that could do and i was still able to use the gift card they sell there. They changed ownership in 2021. Why they are still selling gift cards for a location that does not even have the same ownership is beyond me. Awful service. Much better hibachi places in the area. DO NOT GO TO.

We went here for the first time yesterday with friends who eat there regularly. The food was beautiful and delicious. We tried sushi and also regular entrees. The staff was very friendly and service was perfect The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. The restrooms are well kept. We will return.

The food at Ginza was fantastic! We ordered the taro bubble tea, which was absolutely delicious. The dishes were also great, and the staff were friendly and ensured we had a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant was also very clean and hygienic, which was a big plus.

What a great experience! The restaurant was immaculate,decorated very nicely, and everyone was friendly, helpful and wonderful. Johnny,the owner came over to the table and introduced himself, and made us feel very welcome.
Our food was beautifully presented and delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

My son and I went for a sushi class!
We love it… it was fun and easy! Step by step… Johnny was funny! The coordinator Jill did an amazing job setting it up! We drove about 50 minutes for the class, and we would do it again! BYOB too! We also ordered food on the side, which was delicious! The place is clean and the atmosphere is great! Service was on point too!!
