HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE tonight! Literally filming a movie and asked specific directions through SPLICE paid $72. The restaurant doesn’t follow directions and then tells customers they gave them food they did not. I had to wait almost an hour 1st of all, my Salad was hot and gross and they didn’t remove ingredient I asked due to allergies so couldn’t eat anyway, didn’t send anything to eat Salad with nothing requested at all, they didn’t bring my cheesecake, the pizza was not really cooked, the chicken bacon ranch pizza was OK, fried dough again don’t follow directions and not cooked, offer dressing they don’t have, and waiting another 30 minutes for driver to bring ours back because other people after us and offered no solution or refund offered a $15 credit. Will be leaving multiple poor reviews because the whole cast was planning on ordering and now they’ll find somewhere else. Bad business in My eyes. Not customer service oriented however the driver was a decent person who tried to help.

this place was really cool . I smelled the pizza well before I got into the restaurant . The staff were nice and polite. Also my delivery was packaged and ready to go for my clients. I was in and out. Will definitely be back on my down time.

When my food got here it was piping hot and steamy. The cheese fries were delicious . The pizza was cheesy, the sauce had nice flavor and a nice char on the bottom of the crust NOT to be confused with being burnt that WE LOVED. The wings were yummy I just wish they were a bit more crisp but that’s just preference. Had the food all of 5 minutes and everything is almost gone. The kiddos and toddlers approve. All in all DELICIOUS and will be coming again.

Food was late, gave me the wrong order, and gino’s doesn’t even got that same taste in 2021 because the new owners it’s alright but I rather go to I Love they even changed their sauce on the pizza and cheese and it ain’t even thin no more.

The quality of the food has been slipping tremendously the last few years, and today was the final straw. I asked for two slices of pepperoni and the slices were nearly inedible. Both slices are old, dried up, hard, and overcooked. The crust is rock hard; the cheese is dried up and rock hard; the pepperoni is all dried up. This is absolutely disgusting and beyond unacceptable.
