Went kinda close to closing time and sorry for that, but the employees were so nice and respectful. They acted as if we were there in the middle of the day. The last time I was there I promised myself I wouldn’t go back bc of the rudeness, food was wrong and the employees were giving people the wrong food and bc they didn’t make the whole orders. Thank you for a great experience we will be back.

Three different tables no customers and dirty. Store help not so much. Online order forces card use but can’t refund order when items aren’t available. Used to be a good location but like many others has been over run with lack luster employees.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! We placed an order one hour before closing. We literally called in, was placed on hold three different times, but eventually someone took our order. We were told it would take a hour, we said fine. Arrived and nothing. They said “we have no new orders”. No apologies, no offer to make an order we already placed and they know we placed. Pure laziness! No wonder they started closing at 8PM because they have “trouble with the night crew”. What they should do is fire everyone and start over. Highly unprofessional!

Yesterday we drove down from Clarksburg to see my father who was in the hospital. It was late when we left the hospital and our kids were starving. So we stopped by Gino’s to get some food. It was 7:30pm when we got there and we found out they closed at 8pm. Instead of eating in, we asked to take the food to go. They took our order, made it, we were out the door and on our way to the house before 7:45pm! We ordered a large ham pubwich and a large cheese pizza. Everything was absolutely delicious!! Seriously the best food we’ve ever got from Gino’s. Everyone was so nice and friendly (especially considering we dropped in 30 mins before they closed!). Thank you SO much for the delicious food! We will definitely be back next time we are in town. (but will try not to order right before you close ❤️)

I had the 9″ personal pan. Very good. I topped it with red pepper flakes for some extra heat.
The olevladu had the Calzone. She was only able to eat half of it so bagged it up, put in the mini fridge in the van for our trip home back to Indiana.

Ordered a ham pubwhich and a lasgana the other day. The portions were a bit smaller than I expected, and the toppings were skimped on the ham pubwhich. When I took it back to the house there was only about six very small slices of ham on it, barely any lettuce and tomatoes compared to Gino’s from the huntington area. We stopped there as an impulsive purchase one night, but I honestly can’t recommend this location. Staff were friendly and courteous though! No opionon is expressed on whether or not they are lbgtqia2s+ friendly.

Look, I love Ginos, but let me tell you something about this Ginos location.. LITERALLY THE BEST I’VE EVER BEEN AT. The food is always on point. I always eat more than I should. I just can’t get enough of a place that actually has hot, fresh, delicious food. I am so sick and tired of buying food out that I don’t even enjoy, but I know I never have to worry when I order here. They are so friendly and accommodating. I have never seen a work place in more comraderie and high spirits. I always know what specials are going on because they tell you. And look, sometimes people make mistakes.. we aren’t robots, right? I have only ever had a mistake once in all of my ordering here, but I love that they correct it without any kind of attitude (that you see SO MUCH of now). I absolutely love this Ginos.. the food, the atmosphere, the employees, everything.

The grilled chicken salad was absolutely delicious—definitely a 10/10. The baked spaghetti is our go-to favorite. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I called in my order and were quick to check me out in the drive thru. It’s nice to see that kind of service, and it deserved a positive review shoutout!
