The small town of Montgomery produces an eerie tone. When the soft lights of Gino’s appeared on the road, a warm comfort filled my soul. The accessible outside window gives you a direct view of the chaos that produces the magic of the restaurant: warm, greasy, pizza. You don’t come here for 5 star pizza, you come to be surrounded by tasteful decor and breathtaking videos. The pizza combines with the soft spoken music to create the late night feeling of what true love feels like. It may not be the best food, hygiene, or location, but the true joy is enjoying this pleasant place with the ones you love. I would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for this bug we saw.

Gino’s is a staple in our area. As for the food, it really is a hit or miss kind of deal. Some locations do an excellent job preparing the food while others forget to do the small things such as putting the garlic butter on top of the calzone (which is a big deal flavor wise). We will continue to go there. The pubwich is pretty good and very popular. They offer a deal on Tuesday, which is a BOGO deal. Also sign up for the rewards points to earn free food.

Welcome to ginos in Montgomery! Where you’re gonna have to fill in the blanks! They don’t acknowledge you at all when you walk in, they don’t acknowledge you when you step up to the counter, they don’t even tell you how long the wait is going to be unless you ask. The two making the food looked at me, didn’t say a word, not a hi, not the person who takes the orders will be with you in a second..nothing. customer service starts the moment someone walks in and even after me trying to get someone’s attention i received the same deer in headlights look.
They weren’t even busy.. so won’t be coming back to this location. The one by the Walmart is a lot more considerate.
Once I finally got my order it was very disappointing. Philly steak does not have tomatoes and that’s what they put on it, they left out peppers.

Wings were undercooked asked for him to be well done not even cook the spec and calzone was doughy and raw soggy from having the green peppers in it and not drained properly I would imagine worst meal ever

This will be the last time we buy from this Ginos! I would pass up a Ginos specifically to eat at the store in Montgomery because the food was always so good. This is the 3rd time in the past month that we have got from this Ginos and it will be the last. Too much money wasted!!! I not only called this order in an hour and a half early, but the people I spoke to were rude and could have cared less about being there. It was obvious and it showed in the food. Bring back the older workers, they were worth it and so was the food!!! Nothing worse than driving 20 minutes back home to eat and thats when you notice the burnt bottom crust!

I order from here a lot, something has changed in the past little while. Food is ok but you’re lucky to get what you order, items missing or just wrong. Very disappointing to have to turn around and go back to pick up whats left out

I ordered my food online . When I arrived to pick my food up , I was told I didn’t have a order . So I gave him a order number and he said ma’am we don’t have a order for you .so I pulled up my bank app. And they had took 46$ out of my account . So they come back to the window and said they found it it had been missed place that it would be 20 minutes . So I parked the car and waited 25 minutes. Go back to the window and guess what . They still didn’t have it ready . I told them just to give my money back and I was told they couldn’t do that because I paid online . So I had to wait until 25 minutes for my food ..I will never go back there ..
