Be ready because this is gonna be lengthy. I have had Gino’s Pizza numerous times, and it’s always been amazing and enjoyable for me and my family to eat, but last night this has opinion has changed. We ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings, and hot bone in-wings, and a medium pepperoni pizza. The pizza was mediocre, not bad but different from the other times we had it, which is no big deal because pizza is pizza, the wings were good, but the parmesan bits were NOT good, they were oily, and just not very pleasant, so we didn’t eat them and went to bed. This afternoon, after me and my husband came back from church, my daughter had asked if she could have the rest of the parmesan bites, and I let her. Soon after, she comes to me saying, “Mommy you won’t believe this!” and shows me the chicken bites which are RAW! We were disgusted because we had ate at least two each last night. I’m writing a review because it won’t matter if we go back, I know this because my older daughter came back from Toledo, had Gino’s, and her chicken was raw too! She told the workers, and they told her, if they made it again, it would be the same way it is now, raw. Very unacceptable, and disgusting. Please rethink getting chicken here if you don’t want salmonella.

I never leave reviews but this place is Disgusting. The place was crowded when I picked up my food But I didnt mind. I drove 20 minutes home to open my box of chicken to find this. It must be a joke. I called repeatedly and now they are not answering.

Everyone in there needs a raise. I am in SHOCK. First time coming here, and it won’t be my last. Manager recommended pepperoni and sausage. I’m never going anywhere else for pizza. Amazing staff and amazing food. In love.

The food is Great. The atmosphere is fine, you just pick up your food and go. I think two people at the check out counter may move the crowd along a little quicker. Overall great food.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered online and they never sent a confirmation email, so I called to confirm my order and was told they got it. Showed up at the allotted time and then was told that they didn’t get my order even though i had time stamps. I eneded up waiting there for 45 minutes for two over priced pizzas. Very disappointing overall.
