Definitely have to ease up on pizza sauce or grease or both idk because this photo is me transferring the pizza from the box to the plate and TRYING to get it to my mouth and no the pizza not to hot, I was 10 minutes outside of the 35 minute wait, drove 7 minutes back home and still waited another 5 minutes before actually plating my food.

ATP I’m tired of the pizza places around here….. every “good” pizza place I’ve tried here has soggy pizza….. my manager told me about this place and she got it once it was good but she must just know to tell everywhere leave the pizza in longer because this is crazy it’s not just you guys it’s just something I’ve never encountered so many times at different establishments.

Dont expect fast service. Not sure about the food, only ever picked up delivery orders from here. But every single time I walk in it takes at least 5 minutes for someone to walk out from the kitchen to speak with me, and half the time I have to continue waiting. They’re so consistent with this I almost think it’s their rule to do so.

Absolutely AMAZING! My family and I were headed north on vacation, we stopped in Akron for the night. Asked around and heard this WAS THE SPOT. Staff was friendly and well mannered. Ordered a Large Pepperoni and it was reasonably priced and fed us all. Best Pizza north of the Mississippi!

As always Gino’s has made my night. The person on the phone was incredibly polite. The food was typical of Gino’s, delicious and beautiful. Will be continuing to recommend them as the pizza place to go to if you are in the area, and sometimes even if you aren’t in the area.

The pizza is soggy , the jojos aren’t seasoned or fried and the wings had to be cooked when I got home. If you didn’t want to make the food because it was late , you shouldn’t have taken the order. We felt that it would be great no matter what. Never had this issue before. Never again

Placed an online order. Order was accepted and never made. Called the next day to correct it and was told I’d be given a refund. Refund was never received now 3 weeks later. Followed up with an email and was ignored. I’ve been a patron far too long for new owners to treat me any kind of way.

Be ready because this is gonna be lengthy. I have had Gino’s Pizza numerous times, and it’s always been amazing and enjoyable for me and my family to eat, but last night this has opinion has changed. We ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings, and hot bone in-wings, and a medium pepperoni pizza. The pizza was mediocre, not bad but different from the other times we had it, which is no big deal because pizza is pizza, the wings were good, but the parmesan bits were NOT good, they were oily, and just not very pleasant, so we didn’t eat them and went to bed. This afternoon, after me and my husband came back from church, my daughter had asked if she could have the rest of the parmesan bites, and I let her. Soon after, she comes to me saying, “Mommy you won’t believe this!” and shows me the chicken bites which are RAW! We were disgusted because we had ate at least two each last night. I’m writing a review because it won’t matter if we go back, I know this because my older daughter came back from Toledo, had Gino’s, and her chicken was raw too! She told the workers, and they told her, if they made it again, it would be the same way it is now, raw. Very unacceptable, and disgusting. Please rethink getting chicken here if you don’t want salmonella.

I never leave reviews but this place is Disgusting. The place was crowded when I picked up my food But I didnt mind. I drove 20 minutes home to open my box of chicken to find this. It must be a joke. I called repeatedly and now they are not answering.
