Hands down the most mouthwatering delicious food with each bite. The bruschetta is a “must have” appetizer. Fresh ingredients used with tomatoes, garlic, cheese, topped with a balsamic glaze. The Chicken Parmesan was moist on a bed of traditional spaghetti and the tomato sauce was outstanding. We also had the Fettuccine Shrimp Alfredo which was creamy, cheesy and light at the same time. The food was fantastic and we had a great experience overall. A special thanks to our server Kayla, who was very friendly, attentive, and introduced the menu to us very well. Her service was excellent.
However, we had an issue with one of the mocktails as the taste was not what we had experienced before. Kayla handled it professionally and informed her service manager. Unfortunately, when the manager Raavi came to the table, he was quite rude and unprofessional and simply said that if we didn’t like the drink we still had to pay for it. The situation could have been handled much more politely.

So I’ve been in and around the hospitality business for many years. Every once in awhile in my travels with Happy Dad I come across something that truly is unique and just hits different. If you’re ever in Sault Ste. Marie, you need to check out Gino’s Fired Up Kitchen & Bar Food, service, and atmosphere was outstanding!! From fired up pizza to homemade pasta and amazing bar fair this place does it all so well. Can’t wait to check out their patio the next time I’m here. My server and I believe supervisor, Tracy was working so well with the staff everyone was in sync and seem to work as an amazing team! Congrats to the ownership management and staff this place is definitely fired up in my books!!!

We went for dinner here for the first time. We got seated immediately, however there was some mix up with the server. After about 20 minutes the manager (im assuming) dealt with things promptly and tended the rest of the evening. He was amazing! The food was great and the Jamaican cocktail was delicious! Definitely recommend!

I was home to the Sault for a holiday visit and went to Gino’s Fired Up Kitchen & Bar on January 6, 2025 with a couple of friends for lunch. It was my first time to this location since the renovation and the smokehouse BBQ vibe worked … great barn boards, cool signage and their Christmas decorations were poppin!!
The one sign you’re not going to see around many places was the “SNOW MACHINE PARKING HERE” ❄️… you know you’re home in Northern Ontario when you can park your sled for lunch!! ☃️
I had a traditional order of pasta and meatballs … was tasty on a chilly winter day. My friends ordered a power bowl (he said it was awesome) and a beet and feta salad (also delicious). The atmosphere was down home vibes, super friendly service (shout out to Shy, not only a great name but a super friendly and charismatic host – loved her!!).
There’s no place like home and in this home town, Italian food is the boss. Gino’s has been around for as long as I can remember – good to know it still tastes great and boasts great service. Thank you for making my trip home, authentically Italian!!

We had an incredible experience tonight!
Gill was attentive, personable and got the vibe of our group. She was on top of everything and anticipated our needs.
We ordered 4 large pizzas, have quite a bit leftover. We had the the pepperoni and added hot honey. The sauce is vibrant, good acidity, there was a ton of pepperoni, the hot honey balanced it all out. The southwest cheesesteak had a good amount of mest and a nice balance of peppers and onions. Pirogy time was phenomenal, very filling and it tasted exactly like a pirogy dinner. Who would have thought that potatoes on pizza would be so good! Our absolute favourite was the Nashville hot honey dill. Sweet, spicy with pickles and chicken breast. The crust on all of them were perfectly crispy thanks to the woodfire oven.
We’ve never been disappointed at Gino’s Fired Up, one of our favourite casual dining spots!

We enjoy the food here. Had one of my faves… beet salad and dill pickle pizza. YUM! Our waitress was wonderful and very good with the children at the table. So nicely decorated for Christmas.

Pretty nice atmosphere. I love the patio in the summer. My son loves the chicken parmigiana. I find the other menu items I’ve had inconsistent to say the least. The staff are great, especially the dark haired girl with the funky glasses. Whenever we have her she makes dining experience a time to remember.

I’ve come to Gino’s with my husband in the summertime for dinner and for lunch. The patio was lovely and the pizza we had was very good. Our server Sabrina was amazing. She was so friendly and bubbly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Definitely worth visiting!

Gill was our lovely server, she was very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. Our cups were rarely empty which is a great sign of service so great job Gill.
The reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is only because I felt a portion of our food could have a bit more quality control from the kitchen. Soup was very salty (but Gill comped it, thank you Gill) steak was slightly rubbery and could use some improvement. The orange sauce wasnt very enjoyable and left us wanting to clear our palet. Overall a good experience and definitely a place I would enjoy coming back to. We (the party of 7) enjoyed our time at Ginos and I would recommend this place for its great service, warm atmosphere and good food.
