This place has been beautifully redesigned interior. The service is excellent. The food is the best indian food I have ever had! I’ve traveled across the US. This new place in lynden takes the #1 across the board!. House made chicken samosas, absolutely flavor bomb with perfect crispy crust. I had the Afghani chicken, wonderful flavors, perfect cooked chicken. Chicken kadai made my new to Indian food partner fall in love!. Definitely should try!

Amazing to have a wonderful Indian food place right here in Lynden! My wife and I were crossing the border to find decent Indian cuisine but now we have it right down the road.. good customer service, great atmosphere and wonderful food. This was our first visit, but we will be back soon!

Tasty indian food including dosas and curry! Sit by the fountain or lounge at the bar. Their 1 to 5 spice level spans goes pretty steep. I like 2-3. And they have a bone in goat curry! Great find in Bellingham!

A wonderful experience for couples and families. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Their aim is to please and they do not disappoint. The food was amazing and the portions are generous. The prices are very reasonable, especially when you take into account the quality and service. We had a wonderful time and I cannot recommend the lamb chops enough! Sooooooo good …. However, beware the spice! A 1 was enough for me, but if you want heat, they’ve got it!

This East Indian restaurant is absolutely legit! The food is amazing and prepared exactly how I like! Prices are fair and portions are wonderful. The have options for lactose intolerant folks like my wife! To be honest, I see no reason to go up to Canada for Indian food! They even have dosa! and its awesome! They also have fusion dishes like curry with spaghetti, which we haven’t tried but what we have, its all amazing!

I tried Ginger Indian Restaurant recently and honestly really enjoyed. The food was flavorful without being too heavy and everything tasted fresh and well cooked. The spices were balanced not overpowering which I really appreciated. The naan was soft and warm and curry was rich. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming making it nice place to so and enjoy your meal. Also owner is there personally, checking in and making sure everything is good which shows that they really care about their customers! Coming back for my birthday party next week. They offering very big spaces for different parties which can fit 40+ people freely.

WOW! If you have ever been curious about Indian food but are yet to try it.. well this is the place to go! We had the butter chicken (1/5 spice) and the lamb Vindaloo (3/5 spice) with the garlic Naan and like I said before.. WOW! Tonight we did takeout but when picking up the food the atmosphere inside was great as well. We love a good dim lighting and it was perfect in there. We will be dining in next time for sure and trying some new things.

I’ve had the pleasure of eating here multiple times now since they opened and every time my taste buds have been delighted. Their butter chicken is absolutely delicious, but my personal favorite is their malai kofta. I can’t get enough <3 I haven't been disappointed with a single dish I've ordered so far. If you're a lover of Indian cuisine then you absolutely need to try Ginger Fusion.

Newly opened this last Friday, we’ve stopped in Sunday night. The food was fantastic–we ordered the Makhni Wings and Cheese Sticks from the bar menu, Garlic and Cheese Naan to go from the regular menu. Our bartender, Sarah was excellent and kind, she made very good drinks and provided great attentive service. The food itself was superb, I loved the crispiness of the wings with the flavorful curry sauce. I ordered at a spice level 0 and they were very accommodating, and the sauce was SO good that next time I WILL up the spice level–I know it will only add. And the cheese sticks were fresh and stringy, just as they should be. We’ve yet to dig in to our naan before getting home, the food enjoyed while sitting at the bar was enough for me to start writing a review before leaving. 10/10 experience, we will definitely be back. Their menu also featured plentiful more options of curry, pizzas, breads, desserts, and Dosa’s.
Thank you to the staff! I wish a warm welcome for Lynden’s newest restaurant, ya’ll make a fine edition to the town!

We tried Ginger Fusion for the first time last night, and we’ll be back! Some of the best Indian food I’ve had outside of Canada. Warning: their butter chicken may be habit-forming. I’m almost upset I like it so much because it’ll be difficult to try all the other dishes on the menu that sounded great, too! We just had our leftovers for lunch, and it’s still delicious!
