Went here for a quick bite the other day and it was pretty decent overall. The place was clean, staff was polite, and my order came out faster than I expected. I got a cheeseburger combo and fries — both were hot and fresh, though the burger could’ve used a bit more seasoning. The drink station was well stocked, and they didn’t mess up my order, which is always a plus. Prices were fair for what you get. Not the best fast food I’ve ever had, but definitely not bad either. I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

i wasn’t given a drink carrier for my three blizzards even though i was alone and then no lids on any of them either. they were pretty much all melted when they handed them over and the large was filled to about an inch below the top of the cup. the cookie dough blizzard had hardly any cookie dough and the pieces that were in there were so small. this is the second time this has happened we won’t be returning

All of the Dairy Queen in Fort Wayne are horrible, but this is the worst one for sure. Their customer service always sucks and today was Awful. Everyone ignored the about 10 people that were in the lobby. Then when someone asked about their stuff, the old lady they call grandma was super rude to everybody. I sure hope she’s not the manager. I would save yourself time and money and never go here.

Always a good experience. They work hard! One time I was here after work to get a little snack, and the service was a little bit slow, BUT i was there at about 3-ish, between the lunch and dinner rushes, so they were probably just a little understaffed. My food was good and fresh!

Asked for no pickles or mustard and was still on the sandwich. Update seems they still can’t manage to leave them both off. The girl taking drive through orders gave me a dirty look. Then when I told them it was messed up there was no apology girl just seemed to have a bad attitude. However the employee who handed us our drinks was very kind. Also when a customer says “thank you” you say “you’re welcome” I totally understand you don’t like me because the feeling is mutual but you can still have good customer service especially after my food was messed up.

Don’t go here. Horrible service, rude workers, waited an hour for my mobile order. Went in to cancel they were very rude. Made me late for work and I had other things to do before work which I missed out dealing with this location and these people and I also called corporate on them. I would give them no stars if I could.

Very bad service. I waited 20 minutes for 3 ice creams and the workers were making fun of another customer among themselves for asking for nuts and they didn’t have any. I asked for a banana split and they didn’t have any bananas.

I have worked at two Dairy Queens— every location has the same standards. This was supposed to be a small cone with sprinkles… it is closer to the size of a kids cone and if I’m paying extra for sprinkles, I want enough to make a difference. On top of that, it was not served with a napkin, so the employee’s fingers were directly on the unwrapped portion of the cone. I did not eat the cone. Two stars only because it was fairly fast given they were somewhat busy.
