First time my friend and I went to check it out. A really cool dive bar. Outside looks ruff but inside perfect layout. Friendly staff , Happy Hour all day . Decorations where awesome. It’s non-smoking. Outside patio. Can’t ask for more in A great dive bar.

It’s a cute little dive bar. Was crowded because of Mardi Gras, duh. But the bartender, I want to say Heather… she was freaking amazing. I feel like the average wait time for a drink is like 7,5 seconds. Seriously awesome service.

Awesome bar and very friendly bartender. Drinks were very good. Bartender offered us up some sharpies and a paper clip as we were talking write on a dollar and hang it up. Great place for a drink and a wind down.

BINGO, what a great five star dive bar!!! I was shopping for furniture at “Luckies” and the sales lady told me about the Bushwhacker drink at Gills. So of course I had to try it, I never heard of it. I believe Heather is the one who served up a smile and two bushwhackers!, plus she threw in an extra bonus shot to make sure they worked. The drinks were excellent. I cannot get enough of them now. I should never been introduced to this whacking of bushes drink, as I ask for them everywhere go now.
The atmosphere is great, laid back; every time I have been back the bartenders always greet you with their name and ask for yours. You can hang up a dollar bill from the ceiling along with the other hundreds of dollars. All kinds of interesting décor. They also have a large outside area for relaxing. I could sit there for hours talking and drinking, but I am working on my tan this year so I have to run off after a few drinks and conversations, but know worry, they give you a big Styrofoam cup to take the drink with you on any excursion!
