We had Herman as our server tonight and it was truly exceptional service. He was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we walked through the door the customer service was beyond satisfactory. I did not get the hosts name but he was also a sweet kind soul. The food surpassed my expectations. Being from western ny I have not found a place that met my chicken wing needs until tonight! We will definitely be back!

Another wonderful lunch at Gillums. Our server was so sweet & attentive & Mike cooked an amazing Prime Rib Burger & shoestring fries! My husband had the Jalapeño Burger & fries & they were delicious too.

Love this place! Our first trip to Richmond, and we asked a local for restaurant recommendations. This is where he sent us. He said it was the best place to get a burger. The food was DELICIOUS! The service was some of the best we’ve ever had. We tipped the server double because of it. We ordered burgers, onion rings, and a pretzel with beer cheese. We thought the pretzel was expensive, but it was massive. We had plenty left over for another meal later. We ordered our burgers medium, and they were cooked correctly. Huge burgers! We ended up ordering a pizza to take home after seeing one served to another couple.

Had a phenomenal experience (as usual) at this venue, but in this particular instance, it was resoundingly due to the quality of the service we recieved (not to suggest the food was anything less than incredible). My fiancée and I were tended to by a waitress named Katie, who is absolutely stellar at her job. She was attentive, prompt, and checked in on us several times throughout the span of our seating (unobtrusively, as well). She was also very kind, and overall made the experience 5/5. Phenomenal service, very well priced food (~$25 dollars for two people; burger entrees for both of us) — and the food itself being absolutely delicious. I will continue sponsoring this location whenever we get the itch to go out and dine somewhere casual, and hope to run into more waiters and waitresses like Katie.

Great tasting food. The Swiss mushroom burger I had was delicious! I definitely recommend trying it. It was so big I could barely fit it in my mouth lol! But also the fries were hot and fresh, I got the crinkle cut fries because they have more flavor. The stuffed pizza is what my man got but I didn’t taste it. I do know that their home made potato chips are delicious though! The server did take a while to get to us in the beginning but she very prompt and kind once she she did serve us. My son loved it here and so did I! We will definitely be coming back here again soon.

Food was well prepared. Potato skins were great. Club sandwich was tasty. Meat lover’s pizza was cut into small pieces and it was very good. Waiter was helpful and ready to make our meal a pleasure.

The waitress was very nice. Pizza was wonderful and the Philly sandwiches were good. This was our first time eating there and I would definitely go back. The menu is full of fun appetizers, pizzas, burgers and sandwiches. There is more of a bar atmosphere in the back. We set up front since we had the kiddo with us. The drink menu looked good.

Told 35 mins for pick up waited an hour and food was COLD and missing a side salad, ranch, and garlic sauce. Its like the food had been sitting for 30 mins after it was ready and they just completely forgot about it/us.

I ordered two greek salmon salads. The piece of salmon wiegh 2oz. It look like they grill one order and relize they had two orders. So they cut in half. So disappointed. The two waitresses where awesome. After driven back too MT Vernon !!!!
