Drive up service was fast and friendly. Arby’s chicken sandwich used to be so good….something changed. It was “eh” at best. Husband liked his Arbys combo special. Curly fries still great!

First time going since they renovated. The food was great, but I was disappointed that they removed the condiment station. If you want any sauces or ketchup you are going to have to ask for it. I also didn’t like the new layout. It looks and feels like a cafeteria. Ringing the bell seems pointless since nobody responds to it. I miss the old Arby’s.

Great if you’re willing to spend more than what other places charge. The food is higher quality here than a lot of other places to make up for it and the staff is always great. They no longer have as many ongoing meal deals as of writing this, which is pretty disappointing, the value of the food was phenomenal while they were doing that. If you have the mobile app, keep it around for use 1-2 times a month, they usually hand out new deals at the start of every month.

We are traveling from out of state. Stopped by to get some food since we haven’t been able to eat dinner yet. Pulled up to the drive through at 10pm. Lights on, crew visible, and we waited for them to say something, acknowledge us. Nothing. Didnt say anything until we were ready to drive off thinking they were closed.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered the deluxe burger with no onion. Simple right? Guess not, it had onion on it. I took 1 bite and it tasted like a hockey puck!!!! The worst burger place ever! Didn’t even want to give a 1 star for food!

Placed a pickup order for a certain time and walked in one minute early to my order being packed, so it was perfectly on time and nice and hot. The women that packed the order (didn’t catch her name but believe she had purple hair) was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Dont pass Arby’s by when you are stopping to eat! One of the best places to stop and eat on a budget and still get quality food! Was nice that when we used our coupon it was good on up to 3 of the meals. Newly remodeled facility. We are here most of the times we are in Rice Lake. Check them out!
