We began making our own ice cream in 1996 and now have over 30+ flavors, including several that we highlight seasonally. In addition to homemade ice cream, we make all of the soups and chili on our menu from scratch as well. We prepare our popular onion rings ourselves from start to finish: they’re hand-cut, dipped, breaded and fried right in-house. We bake our own rolls, make our own ice cream cakes with customizable messaging, ice cream flavors and designs, and even offer kids’ meals. In 2018, we successfully pursued legislation to be able to make ice cream with hard cider and beer. We now offer homemade flavors made with products from local wineries, cideries and breweries.

Summer, Winter, no matter the season.
This fantastic establishment is a great stop for anyone traveling along the busy NY12.
So many menu options for food and the hard ice cream is homemade and it is the best ice cream around. Along with the low prices and high amount you get for a serving you cannot compete. Even living an hour away I will definitely be making this trip more often than not.

I had the large dark chocolate home made ice cream cone. It was huge. More like a meal than a snack. I guess people usually get the small one. Very tasty, creamy freshly Homemade ice cream. Restaurant interior is cool, exterior could be spruced up a little bit.

The Buffalo chicken sub was just chicken tenders, topped with cheese, lettuce, and ranch… disappointed.
I asked the girl on the phone if the onion rings were breaded or battered, and she replies ” I honestly don’t know” and never answers. After seeing them I understand why she may have been confused as they were the most sickening things to look at, and not in a good way. They were dripping oil, soggy and very thick onions, burnt in only a few spots, and the crust oddly just slid right off. Huge disappointment as I absolutely love onion rings.
The curly fries are honestly just the same as Arby’s.
For spending almost 30 dollars on a dinner for my partner and I to spilt it was utterly disgusting. I would have been better off putting my tenders on a hot dog bun….
*Update: stopped in for ice cream and ended up throwing it away and getting a refund due to their being hair and other objects in it, pictures posted*

The happening place. Not a native of New York but my wife and her family grew up with trips to Gilligan’s. Indoor and outdoor areas, ice cream and more, drive thru as well. Nice place to visit and reminiscing about the time this place is named after.
