I headed over to Choctaw Casino with some colleagues last night, and after a serious streak of luck on the floor, I had worked up an appetite. I hadn’t actually planned on getting a steak, but being a winner put me in a major celebratory mood, so I treated the whole crew to dinner at Gilley’s.
The staff there were all incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home in that classic honky-tonk atmosphere. Since I was feeling festive, I went for the Ribeye; even though it’s a non-prime cut, it was surprisingly good and cooked to a perfect medium just like I asked. We also loaded up on sides—the macaroni and cheese was super tasty and creamy, and the elote potato salad was a win! It was interesting, packed with flavor, and had a great spicy kick to it.
Everyone really enjoyed their food, and since the casino was so good to me, I enjoyed insisting on paying the tab with my winnings. There’s nothing like “down-home” cooking and a steak to top off a successful night!

I had an amazing experience at Gilley’s Restaurant in Durant, OK. The ribeye was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor—one of the best steaks I’ve had in a while. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re in Durant and craving a great steak and a welcoming atmosphere, Gilley’s is definitely worth a visit!

We came to the casino for a fun night with friends to celebrate an engagement. While the evening started off great, our experience at Gilley’s completely ruined it.
One of our friends, who is Asian, was singled out and accused of having a fake ID despite being well over 25. Meanwhile, the rest of us (all white and younger than her) were served drinks without issue. Even after her ID was verified and scanned as valid, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the manager or staff.The racial profiling was blatant, offensive, and completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the service was awful. Our server was inattentive and the food was barely edible. The meat was as tough as overcooked rubber and the rest of the meal was not much better.
What should have been a fun and celebratory night turned into a frustrating and disheartening experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you care about being treated with basic respect.

Came here 3 years ago and my feedback was 4 stars, food was great, so the ambiance, unfortunately l have to rewrite the review, this time the food wasn’t as good as it was the very first time, actually they changed the menu, but oh well let’s say it wasn’t and edible, but we were sitting there just for 20 mts when the server came to tell us they were closing in a lil while, actually rushing us to leave.
Of course not her fault, probably the manager told her so, but l thing they should have let us know before taking a seat and ordering so we could have decided if stay or go have dinner anywhere else.
We had to leave most of the food on the table, and it was around 90 bucks.

Servers were mostly friendly. Beers were overpriced, as expected. The food…ugh…the food. It came out fast, a little too fast, honestly. The ribs had a decent rub on them, but i don’t think they were fresh. Jalapeño sausage was okay, no heat whatsoever though. Again, most likely not fresh. Sides were okay, potato salad actually above average. The brisket, as you can see, was mostly a slab of inedible fat. I wouldn’t even make my dog eat it. I have never seen or tasted such a horrible piece of brisket, period. Afterwards, I had to go back to the room with an upset stomach for the next several hours. We got there just when they started food service, so no reason for reheated or leftover meat. Needless to say, the food was disappointing.

My husband and I were there for the weekend for turnpike troubadours. Friday we went had a great time band was awesome. The bartender was attentive. However I left the restaurant to use the bathroom (as I didn’t know one was in the restaurant) and upon going back in I was bombarded on getting ID. She followed me to the bar to check my id as I had already been in the restaurant for over an hour. Needless to say I am 50! Not 21 anymore but a little overkill following me to my seat? Saturday night after the concert we headed back to hear the band and we were met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. My husband has a paper real ID from Oklahoma. The manager insisted we have our old ID and would not let us in. I was told to “Take it up with the DMV then?!?!!!?” Huh?

We were very disappointed as this took our good times down a notch but I did find it funny though as we were on the floor walking by they were taking people out in handcuffs and the crowd was small! Let those people in but don’t let the bald grey haired couple in cause they have a paper Real ID ! Makes sense!! I honestly felt the manager wasn’t listening to me even if I was upset she should have been calm and handled the situation especially being in her upper management “I wear a coat” position! And I was gonna by a shirt!! Sadly disappointed

Disappointed in just about all of it. Waitress was terrible and not attentive or even helpful. Food was cold when it came out. The place wasn’t busy at all so that wasnt the problem. By the time we were done the meal for 6 people it was $177. She charged 20% gratuity probably because she knew she was terrible but we didn’t see that on the menu. We waited 15 minutes to get her attention to be able to ask for our check so we could leave.

It was surprising how good the food was here. Seriously, the chicken tenders were great. The mac & cheese was really good as well. Even the side salad was a nice size.

The manager Kendra was so rude to a handicap patron and told him to move out of her way just so she could go grab a beer for someone. So unprofessional especially for a manager. Have more respect for people with disabilities. Very upsetting.

I went here because they serve chicken and dumplings. They were disappointing. Don’t recommend them. However the Dr Pepper wings were amazing. The wings were huge. Service was good. All in all my daughter and I enjoyed our meal.
