Oh I’m Paying Attention
I think all restaurants should put in and up the effort of pleasing their customers. Come to work neat and clean, not high, grouchy, mad, or shabby because you are what’s making that business stand out all besides the food. Leave or set your problems to the side. I comment on things like this often. Take time and listen to the orders closely because people get mad at the customers about their orders being wrong/having to be remade or bring back or called about as if the customers are lying, that’s in various locations but pay attention, are the cameras working to show and receipts to vouch proof you made or did this correctly?! Businesses stop saying customers make the business look bad, nope. Get you some thorough people who are gonna run these places right and stop believing a lie over the truth. Stop having mall security walk around following people all because the facts being spoken.. Now, if I end up knocked off the face of earth, it’s because of my posts. I keep it real. You should, too. There is nothing wrong with expressing yourself and giving the honest truth about the food vs. environment as well. Order up the young lady that is or has been on duty as the manager since I’ve gone has greeted me with a smile. Charleys Ok

The boneless wings weren’t cooked right, and the manager, whoever she is, was rude. The food was nasty, and I got the meal but received regular fries instead of the bacon and cheese fries I ordered. I made it clear to the girl who took my order that I wanted bacon and cheese fries. When I received my food, I checked it, and it was incorrect. The brown-skinned, chubby lady was very rude. Customers should be spoken to respectfully, not yelled at. I informed the older lady who was cooking that I had requested bacon and cheese fries prior to the girl who took my order, yet she insisted that I couldn’t receive it if it wasn’t on my receipt, which I found to be rude and unprofessional. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IF THEY CANT HANDLE IT

This cook served me mushrooms as I watched her put them on the grill and scraped up the burnt food of the grill and placed it together in my food. I lost my appetite I could taste the hard burnt drippings she scraped off the grill. Also she was very unpleasant and her attitude stinks! I heard her say I’m ready to get out of here well don’t take it out on the customers because you served me food that could cause me to get sick and I am reporting it to the health department Also customer consumers protection and BBB. Also I was charged more for 3 soda after telling her I only needed 2 and still never got my soda I paid for. I lost my appetite!

Sandwich tasted like a nock off brand but was pretty cooked well and a lot of things were added on it giving a ok deal in the end. The fries with seasoning was very yummy and cooked well done nice and golden crisp! Drinks are a bit pricey for a refill on the size. Staff were ok ♂️

I stood first in line as they finished serving the customer in front of me. Then after that customer walked away, I stood there for another 10 minutes while the lady out front made bacon and the 4 workers in the back stayed in the back! They open at 12 noon on Sundays according to google map profile. Just terrible customer service. There was a line 5 deep behind me that developer well. I was so excited to get a Philly steak sandwich but not of it means terrible customer service. So I went next-door to Sakura express and they had an incredible assembly line of employees and I had my food in two minutes and it tastes fantastic! So don’t waste your time with this location because clearly there’s no leadership in place at Charley’s!

they stela you, they charge me 7.99 for a regular lemonade which cost is only 3.99 when I said to cashier she said tbeir prices are wrong, also my boneless wings were burned and swimming on oil, I did not eat it, the fries were supose large and was the small amount serve in a big box , I am really upset because I spend my money in a bad place.

Staff isn’t too friendly, looks like they were closed at 6 o’clock when they actually close at 7, we still got to order our food but they were out of sweet tea and closed early, now have customers in line at 6:18 PM and they still don’t close until 7 , bad service
