The cutest lil cafe!! We got the Antonio and Murph sandwich. The murph is one of the best breakfast sammies I’ve ever had! The service was also super quick too. They were out of pasteis de natas, but I’m looking forward to coming back to try them. Definitely check this place out if you’re in the area!

Was excited to try their egg tarts and was not disappointed. An excellent cafe experience, the guava Bola was quite decadent, but preferred the lighter taste of the tarts.

Unreal breakfast sandwiches and amazing pastéis de nata right here in Fishtown. The Antonio is easily one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the neighborhood, and their coffee menu (with rotating specials) is always on point. Also highly recommend the peri peri chicken

My partner and I took a weekend trip to Philadelphia and every single meal was meticulously planned. We had street food, hole in the wall spots, cafes, and fine dining. Without a question the best place we went to on the whole trip was Gilda.

The breakfast sandwiches are the types of sandwiches that you talk about for years after; they’re so thoughtfully crafted and full of flavor and the bread is perfect. The drinks are great (thank you for steeping the London Fog enough, not everyone does this). The Pastais de Nata were sublime (how do you even get that much lamination in a tiny pastry??). On top of this the service was friendly, and the vibe of the place is very cute.

We are already talking about making sure we get a hotel in Fishtown next time we visit so we can go here multiple times next trip.

Do not miss this spot if you’re visiting Philly and cherish it if you are a local.

First time I’m here. My daughter brought me. She said that the coffee was excellent so I tried a cappuccino and it was good and she had a cold brew. We didn’t buy nothing to eat but what I saw seemed quite nice. I would really highly recommend

So disappointing. I got the guava bola and the Antonio. The bola was not great. It was like a wheat dinner roll and really tough. The cream didn’t taste like guava either. Antonio was just average: the sausage was ok, the egg and mayo and bread were pretty good but not outstanding, but it’s a good size. It’ll fill you up and you’ll be satisfied with the taste, but it’s not something I’d reminisce about or go out of my way to get again.

We went on a Saturday morning around 11 and the place was packed. We got the last pastel de nata of the day and it tasted just like the ones we had in Portugal. The coffee we got was perfect and at such a fair price. The Antonio breakfast sandwich was delicious and the price tag of $10 is so fair. I really enjoyed this place and will add it to our coffee shop rotation.

It’s a nice little coffee shop with a few unique pastries that make it stand out. We got a cold brew and a chocolate donought. They were pretty good together but neither were amazing on their own. The pastry had a savory (or at least not sweet) bun which was a little odd for a pastry but didnt take away from it too much. The staff was pretty friendly and fast with everything as well. While there wasn’t much of a line, there also wasn’t a tone of seating either so I could see it getting packed. Overall it was a good spot nestled in fishtown.

My favorite cafe in the Fishtown area.

Everything is SO good. The original pasteis de natas are my favorites, although the flavored ones they have are fun. I’m not a big breakfast person but the Antonio sandwich is fantastic. Sometimes I’ll wake up with a craving for it and walk a mile just to get it.

Bro I LOVE Gilda.
