Broken dirty cracked glass freezers, OLD toppings all over the back of the freezers. melted ice cream, no choices of ices for my lactose intolerant daughter. Out of every flavor ice. Dirty tables with OLD dried ice cream on the table.

We had such a wonderful experience at GiGi’s Ice Cream Shop! Not only was the ice cream absolutely delicious, but we even got to meet GiGi herself, which made the visit extra special. Our daughter loved the coloring activities on the tables—it’s such a thoughtful touch that kept her entertained. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into making this place family-friendly. We’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to bring all of our guests and visitors here to share the experience!

Im not sure you read my review . I did not say anything about rolling anything. My complaint was simple the ice creams were melted and the case was dirty. My review has nothing to do with anyone elses review. Again my review is an honest review and you harassing me on my business page is unacceptable. To reply to the owner saying i work for a competition i do not .I do not own or plan to own any restaurant or ice cream shop. This is an honest review. To my own experience with my kids. That is what reviews are for our experience. The coolers are not keeping the ice cream to a cold enough temperature it seems … the Gelato was very melted and ice cream are melted look at the pictures yourself. the build up of ice in the freezers. the freezers inside was absolutely gross like hasnt been cleaned in months and theres so much thick ice inside.. The icecream is melted the Gelato was very melted. I will never go back there . I was told they didnt have the food because its cooked off site and brought in to be sold. I didnt think that was allowed even. Soda is almost 4.00 a bottle . The kids did not even eat their ice cream and they were 9 ,9 and 4 . They did enjoy coloring and the ducks they were allowed to pick. Its a shame because we were looking forward to trying gigs sadly we wont be returning unless they get new coolers and the kids will actually eat the ice cream . The girl working was a sweet girl very patient and nice . The male (ryan) said theres nothing wrong with the ice cream its how it is. N unfortunately everyone i talked to since my bad experience that had been in said the same melted gross inedible ice cream and stale toppings. ThIS IS ABSOLUTELY A REAL REVIEW AS TO MY OWN EXPERIENCE AT GIGIS. do better and when people come in they can say more good things. I said good as well in my review. I would have much rather seen the owner say thank you for pointing this out . Add seals to the doors or something to prevent this from happening as we are not the only people who have experienced this same situation. Do better n stop trying to attack other businesses. Reviews are ment to inform about one’s own experience. Having people put 1 star on other businesses that have nothing to do with this is childish!! Larry your husband went to another business hes never done business with and left a 1 star review as retaliation to my honest review. Then had his friend as well Brad. it was odd to see on working cow Larry and Brad put 1 star amd other local ice cream shops so it seems your sending people to place bad reviews on your competition. Its public information anyone can see it. I dont get bad reviews on my business because I go above and beyond for my customers. I reported it and let them know at Google whats happening. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Iff not fixed i will update with the screenshot of the reviews . You can see the melted ice cream in the case in my pictures. Everything i speak about has pictures to go with. I did see the girls review ypu mentioned and she basically says the same thing as I amd that her child didnt have but 1 option because shes lactose intolerant. You dont know me or her so to accuse us of being bad people is wrong . Its ok to get feed back on the business your running . Your doing things wrong now thats pointed out to you so do better . Best of luck to you I pray noone gets sick due to your lack of care for customers. Sad

I absolutely love stopping by GiGi’s Ice Cream! Their mint Oreo is one of my all-time favorite flavors-perfectly creamy with just the right amount of crunch. The atmosphere is always cheerful and welcoming, and you a truly feel the passion the owners have for what they do. It’s such a sweet little gem in our town and one of my favorite places to treat myself. Highly recommend!

Ice cream looks yummy, the place is very confortable and welcoming but the coffee and the pastrami sandwich was not good. I ordered a latte and and a pastrami sandwich. The meat looked like dry bacon and the latte taste like smoke.

OMG! I was just passing through and I have heard such good news about Gigi’s Ice Cream through a Facebook post. I tell you what the acia bowl is sooo good. The fruit was fresh cut and the acia was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and respectful. The experience was amazing as a whole. I will DEFINITELY being going to Gigi’s Ice Cream again, and HIGHLY recommending it to friends and family.

If you love ice cream this is the best place in town. Not only is the ice cream amazing the customer service is out of this world. Side note the owners are extremely nice and they give back to the community when in need, rather it’s fundraiser or friendly boxes. We need more business owners like this in the community.
