Tried going today (2/16) and really wanted to like this place. The calendar on the Backyard Social website listed that three food trucks would be open today at 11:30 a.m.
The Gigi Gourmet truck looked promising and had what appeared to be a great menu. We waited until about 11:47 a.m., and they were still not open. We stood at the window, and the worker did not even acknowledge our presence. There were three other people waiting as well, and they ended up leaving before we did. We stayed for about five more minutes and then left.
That’s dollars walking away and they clearly do not care about making money. You are lucky to have a permanent station at backyard social, do not take paying customers for granted.
Don’t waste your time or money. They clearly don’t care.

Are you kidding me? The worst customer service I’ve ever received. Apparently asking for a chicken tenders is too much for them. They offer fries or tater tots. I asked which was better. The lady stared at me and didn’t answer. I asked again. She said how should I know? Ok. Gave me a buzzer to get my food (12). Buzzer is broken. The food sat for 5 minutes getting cold. I looked over at the a few times and finally one of them waved me up to grab my food. No apology. No offer to fix it. And I’m pretty sure the bugs are all over the inside of that foodtruck. Very unsanitary! Avoid! Maybe the health dept may wanna check this place out.

Located in Celebration Park, Gigi Gormet sells a variety of gourmet hamburgers, hotdogs, grilled cheese, & fries. The food made from local ingredients sourced from businesses like Jimmy P’s and is served hot and fresh. The Original Smash burger was phenomenal! Highly recommend.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your food truck.
The staff member assisting me( this extremely rude lady) displayed a very negative attitude and made no effort to communicate clearly or understand my order. When I asked her to repeat the order to ensure it was correct, she responded rudely and stated that I was complaining and should go to another food truck instead.
As a result of this interaction, I felt disrespected and chose to leave without placing an order. This experience was unprofessional and not what a customer should expect.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as attitude and basic communication are essential in customer service.

Amazing experience at Gigi’s Gourmet!
I had the blue cheese burger with caramelized onions — it was absolutely delicious. The meat was high-quality, juicy, and flavorful. My husband had the Hangover Burger and he loved it! The owner was super friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!

0 stars. If I tell you I have a nut allergy please be respectful. The man working could not speak English yelling at me telling me to go to another food truck by pointing because he didn’t know. Rude because I have a nut allergy and asked a simple question. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. As far as the food I didn’t try it but I definitely didn’t need an attitude

My wife and I ate at Gigi’s while at Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina, and the food was great. My wife had the lamb burger and loved it. I had the hangover (w/egg) and thought it was also very good. I’d skip the fries next time though. $10 for a small basket of fries with Parmesan sprinkled on top was underwhelming. The prices are high, >$50 w/tip and tax, but the burger quality was very good. Slipaway is a wonderful place that was designed well (misters on the ceiling with fans at the outside bar to keep the outside bar comfortable in the Florida heat). We really enjoyed this new place and think it’s a wonderful addition to the CC bar scene.

FABULOUS! We went out to find them last night at the food truck park and it was such a fun place, made better by the delicious food from Gigi’s. There are plenty of options there but they are a must try. The guys are super friendly too, will be back.

I ordered a burger with no cheese because I have a severe Allergy. When I came and there was cheese on my burger, they tried to take the cheese off and give me the same burger. When I said no, I need a new one. They gave me attitude and Said if I wanted a new one, it would take another 20 minutes after I already waited.
It was at the celebration park.
And more than that, they never refund my money. This place is a joke.

This restaurant that is open from 7am to 3pm is a delightful place that will not disappoint. Went to lunch with 2 friends. The Salmon Salad I had was cooked to perfection served over greens with pita bread on the side. We were surprised along with the check each one of us was served a complimentary dish of rice pudding Give it a try
