Barbecue was good. I had to burnt ends all six pieces of them for 18 bucks with two sides. Sides were nothing to speak of. I think I can make better mac and cheese out of the box.The green beans and bacons probably came out of a can. The barbecue was good but at 18 bucks. I don’t think it was that good. If they can get better sides it would have been worth it. Beer prices were cheap. Bartender was friendly. Overall not impressed with the sides Barbecue was good but not worth 18 bucks.

My wife ordered BBQ and brought it home from here.
We had high hopes after reading the reviews. The food smelled great, the seasoning was good, everything but the potato salad was very dry.
The Brisket was dry and hard. The burnt ends had a piece or two that was ok, and the rest was too hard to cut or eat.
The potato salad was very tasty, seasoning was perfect, and the portion was great.

I got the brisket, rib tips, green beans, baked beans, curly frys, and mac and cheese. Overall it was good. My only complaint was the sauce was a little too thick and sweet for me. It would definitely go well with a pulled pork or on chicken but it’s just not the right sauce for ribs and brisket in my opinion. I enjoyed everything, I will definitely get food here again.

It looks a bit like a dive bar, and maybe it is. But they welcomed us with a toddler and even had a booster seat for her. We really enjoyed our lunch. BBQ was very good, mac and cheese and chicken too. GREAT service, multiple staff checking to see if we were happy with our meal. Overall very good experience

Gibby’s BBQ at George’s Encore – Wow I have a love of BBQ and live music now this? Great food and the menu is varied enough to keep me trying new stuff. It’s all good. Portions are on the wow side. I have nothing but praise for the service and its great for take out too. Brisket, pulled pork and chicken are fantastic. Homemade soups too. Take out service is quick too.

I’ve had a lot of really good ribs over the years but this place is something special. A rare find for a BBQ enthusiast!
Friendly staff, comfortable location, and quite possibly the best ribs I’ve ever had! Falling of the bone tender, thick cut, juicy, and perfectly seasoned.
Some very tasty sauce options, too.
Extremely generous portions on everything!
You could tell that a lot of attention went into getting everything just right.
The side options that I tried were really good as well.
I’d definitely suggest getting the apple coleslaw. It compliments the ribs perfectly. Can’t recommend more highly.

Awesome local bar that has music. Stopped in for lunch. Man this place can cook!!! Try the pulled pork! You’ll love it. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu and I really wanna stop in when there’s a band.

I just had Gibby’s for the first time today. Thought I’d give it a try and well DAMN was it absolutely amazing!! Got the pork belly burnt ends and almost cried while eating it was so good. Highly recommend trying them! There BBQ sauce is killer too! If could rate more I’d say ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best BBQ around! The mac and cheese is my absolute FAVORITE! I also love that they change the menu weekly for specials but also has some regular items as well. My favorite is the brisket. TO. DIE. FOR!
