I really wish I had taken pictures, but this was honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever received. It was dry, burnt in spots, full of air pockets, and had barely any cheese—despite me specifically asking (and paying) for extra cheese and extra sauce.
To make matters worse, the manager on duty that night was incredibly rude when I asked for a remake. She refused to do anything until I came in person and made me get out of line twice. On the third attempt, I’d had enough and just asked for a refund. I was simply trying to feed my family, and the quality of that pizza was so poor, I wouldn’t have even fed it to my dogs.
The wings were actually good, but the pizza was terrible. It took over an hour to finally get my refund, and I honestly don’t think they ever even remade the pizza like they said they would.
So take my advice—don’t go there late in the evening. It was a little after 8 PM when all this happened. Maybe their lunchtime service is better, but based on this experience, I won’t be taking that chance again.

I recently ordered from Domino’s, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The pizza was and wings were hot, fresh, and perfectly baked.
The order was completed right on time, and the packaging kept everything intact. The staff was courteous, and the online ordering process was smooth and hassle-free. I’ve never seen a dominos staff to work as hard as the staff in Greenville! It’s amazing to see the care and attention to detail that they all put into their work. Absolutely a 10 out of 10!
Highly recommend to anyone craving a delicious and satisfying pizza experience. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

I placed an order at 7:42 and when I finally talked to someone at the store at 10:05 I was told that my 4 pizzas have been sitting on the heat rack. I asked her how long it’s been there and all she said was that they were backed up. I have the tracker on the app and it said the PIZZAS WERE DONE BY 8:40. So they have been just sitting there for over an hour and they expect full payment for those pizzas! This Dominos is horrible. Smdh!
