We love this place! The food is 5 star and the service is excellent. The fries artichoke hearts were unbelievable. I had the chicken chiarella and my wife ordered a veal dish. We enjoyed it so much we go there as often as we can. On your next vacation to the Jersey Shore this is a must stop if you want great food you will find nowhere else.

Worst service at a restaurant ever. We’re seated at a table not fully set up and were not given menus. It took over 20 minutes to get a waiter to ask for menus glasses and napkins. The waiter and hostess then proceeded to argue over the table at each other. It took another 20 minutes for the order to get taken and another to be provided drinks and stale bread. Food was OK overall once served although some of the orders came out in correct. Waiter complained that owner never listened and that they ran out of glasses since the owner is so cheap. The bread was supposedly not the normal bread since they ran out. The restaurant is Italian and they ran out of spaghetti. When we asked for the owner he refused to come out to talk to us. When he finally did he argued and called us names. Totally worst experience and most unprofessional place I have been too.

Went here for father’s day with my wife & kids. We were seated right away by a 70 year old woman who dressed like a prostitute. Very scary. We waited 2 hours for our entrees. When the entrees came two of us got our food and the other two waited 20 mins for thiers. We ate like a bunch of hobos. I have to say the food was good but nothing to write home about. bottom line: good food, poor service, and overall bad experience.

Everything about the place was absolutely horrible. To start off, my party was screamed at by THE MANAGER before we even sat down all because we asked how long we still had to wait for the table we made reservations for. Next it took the waitor 30 minutes just to take our drink orders. The food took another 40 minutes and it was mediocre at best. The waitor paid little attention to our table throughout the night, too. Would never reccomend this place to anyone i respect and will never come back to this place.

Had a great meal at Gia’s. The food was outstanding and the service was top notch. The owner does dress a little provocative but we talked to her and she is a sweetheart. Her daughter is the chef and the food was absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend it!!
