We come in for a dinner. Wasn’t disappointed. We got a good dinner and appetizer. The nachos i think could use some meat but they was fresh and good. The wife had a avocado burger and fries. She is was happy with it. I had the salmon dish. It was great!! We’ll be back for more.

If you’re looking for authentic flavor and heartfelt hospitality, Cheii’s Restaurant is the place to go. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel like family. Friendly, attentive, and full of genuine warmth, the entire team goes out of their way to ensure you’re comfortable and well taken care of.
At Cheii’s every dish is cooked with tradition and pride. The steaks & lamb dishes are rich and satisfying, the frybread is perfectly golden and fluffy (amazing with honey), and the green chile packs the right amount of heat and soul. You can taste the love in every bite.
A special shout out to Crystal, Keisha & Alexis!!!

My husband and I went for our anniversary dinner last night. We were a little hesitant, seeing prior reviews, but decided to give it a shot because of its proximity to our accommodations. We are so glad that we did. There was about a 30 min wait, which still wasn’t bad, considering it was dinner hour on Friday night. I had a ribeye and my husband had a burger. Both were cooked to perfection. The service was great from front of house to back. Crystal, our waitress, was phenomenal. My husband and I can’t wait to go back!

There was a bit of a wait, but it was totally worth it! The food was phenomenal and reasonably priced. Our service was excellent! Crystal was our server and she was great! My wife and I can’t wait to go back! In fact, we may just make this one of our weekly places to eat!!

First time here and the food was just “OK” and service needed attention. I think all of the floor workers in to be re-trained. I would only come here to eat if someone else was paying.

My first visit to Fire Rock Casino on the eastern part of Dinétah (Navajo Nation).
I went on a Friday night around 7p to eat. There was a line when I got there, it took about 50 mins to get seated. Even for the bar section, I was alone. This restaurant has plenty of seating and daily specials. Friday was prime rib night. You may want to check what’s the special for the night.
If you order drinks, get your ID out and keep it out of you want any additional drinks. They will scan your ID each time you order.
Service was excellent and quick. I ordered my drinks first and waited about 15 mins to order my food, and when I ordered, my food was out within 7 mins. I was dining alone so my orders come out quick.
If you are staying at a local hotel, there is shuttle service to the casino, just ask the front desk of your hotel to call the casino to schedule a pick up.
I was surprised a lot of people there were there to eat and watch the New Mexico High School State Games that was being when there.

The opportunity to have authentic Navajo food is what drew us to the Fire Rock Casino’s Cheii restaurant. Our waitress, Wenona, patiently told us about the different dishes, and we chose lamb stew with blue corn mush, and fry bread. The fry bread covered an entire plate!
Everything was delicious! Our sincere compliments to th chef. The experience was amazing, and our deep-felt thanks to Wenona and the chef.

They don’t pay attention to you unless you have the VIP. I don’t gamble at all, but heard the food was delicious here. We waited for over an hour just to get sat, yet they sat the VIP people in an instant. They ignored my party and I, while they greeted the VIP members. We had to make ourselves known, just for them to greet us. It’s like you have to have a gambling problem just to get good customer service. The hostess was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Our server, on the other hand, was very kind and patient. First and last time I’m eating here. Unless you have the VIP, then it’s a good place to eat.

Sunday football should have more than 1 bartender. The girl was swamped!!!
Food was okay. I think the oil in the fryer needs to be changed. I will go back and try again. Definitely not a deal breaker!!

The service was good overall. The wait time for drinks and food was not great. When our food arrived it was lukewarm.
