The answer was “call DoorDash and let them know that” no apology, nothing like “we can give a credit for next time” like cmon man.
We visited on a Tuesday, which is 1/2 off traditional wings. Can’t beat that!!
Friendly service.
Just a tip, if you don’t want to wait, order before you get there online. While online ordering, it told me the way it was going to be about 45 to 50 minutes. I arrived after 55 minutes and my order was ready to go and still hot. Yes, I could tell that service was slow based off of the amount of people waiting, but these wings are worth it. They taste fresh and aren’t itty bitty and hard like the other wing places around town. My only suggestion is to add less salt to the dry rubs. We tried two of the dry rubs and both were a little too salty for my taste, but still good! Happy ending is the best sauce!!
My ONLY complaint is that the wings are not labeled or seperate by order or flavor alone. We ordered a 15 piece and a 30 piece separately, and all of the dry rubs were in 2 containers and all the sauced wings were in two others. As someone who was trying these wings for the first time, I wasn’t familiar enough with the flavors to actually know which ones are which for next time:(
Allow me to commence this eloquent discourse by recounting my recent gastronomic exploration at the renowned establishment aptly named “Ghett Yo Wings.” With eager anticipation and a palate primed for gustatory delights, I embarked upon this culinary sojourn, hoping to be enveloped in a veritable symphony of flavors. Alas, my lofty expectations were met with a disheartening reality, as the wings I partook of failed to embody the promised explosion of delectable tastes. In fact, they regrettably lacked even the faintest hint of flavor, resembling nothing more than pre-heated frozen boneless chicken wings.
Dear friends, it is with a tinge of regret that I confess Ghett Yo Wings, despite its moniker, failed to distinguish itself amidst the vast sea of wing purveyors. A profound sense of gustatory monotony pervaded my experience, as these lackluster wings, akin to pre-heated frozen boneless chicken, failed to set themselves apart from their ubiquitous counterparts.
Furthermore, my visit was marred by an inadequacy that extended beyond the culinary domain. The dearth of seating options rendered the premises woefully cramped, affording me no respite or comfort in which to savor my meal. The lack of space was compounded by an absence of the warm embrace of a greeting, leaving an unmistakable void where hospitality should have flourished.
My disappointment, dear readers, knows no bounds when reflecting upon the lackluster flavors that permeated Ghett Yo Wings. The absence of any notable gustatory distinction, coupled with the disconcerting resemblance to pre-heated frozen boneless chicken, left me yearning for an experience that would tantalize my senses and elevate my culinary expectations.
In light of these regrettable circumstances, I beseech Ghett Yo Wings to embark upon a transformative journey of culinary refinement. May they transcend the mediocre realm of frozen fare and venture into the realms of flavor innovation, infusing their wings with a melange of captivating tastes that shall mark them as true epicurean trailblazers. Let them cultivate an environment that affords patrons ample room to savor their fare, evoking a sense of spatial respite amidst the indulgence.
In conclusion, dear readers, it is with a heavy heart that I recount my disappointment with Ghett Yo Wings. Their lackluster flavors, reminiscent of pre-heated frozen boneless chicken wings, combined with cramped quarters and a conspicuous absence of a welcoming gesture, have left me yearning for a culinary experience that would have stirred my senses and ignited my passion for exceptional wing craftsmanship.
Yours sincerely,
Rich
