The food was pretty good, but it the restaurant was just okay. Staff didn’t seem all that happy to have a customer, and fish burrito came with the wrong sauce, but I left full and they have fancy sodas.

I ordered food from here and it was ABSOLUTELY terrible! Half full drink and wrong drink at that. Soggy chips. Hair was in and on top of my to go box. Order was made completely wrong, and I’m allergic to tomatoes but it was still added on when I specified it shouldn’t be. The manager was extremely rude to me. I believe this was done on purpose once my name was seen on the order. I never had any problems while using a false name. and no this wasn’t done by the door dasher as they couldn’t add tomatoes and hair into my box. They didn’t provide forks, drinks, napkins, etc. I would be cautious eating here. Very careless staff.

The food is great and the staff is nice but their inability to give you the same price for the exact same order day after day is astounding. I get one of the same two things every single time that I go, and it’s never been the same price.
I’ve started to challenge them every time they put it in and it’s different, but I always get the same “this is what it cost” response. Quite frankly, I’m tired of it. I love this place and I *love* their food but I’m tired of never knowing what my total will be.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. I came with a big party for my cousins’ graduation. It was dimly lit and gave a nice relaxed vibe. It seems like a nice spot for a date night, friend meet up or buisness meeting. Our waitress Kerry was very attentive and handled our entire party. It was about 28 of us. The bathroom were pretty clean as well. The food presentation was emaculate. Even though I ended up mixing it all together lol. Definitely, give them a try.

Today is Sept 22, 2025. My son and I frequent Gezzo’s at least once a week for the past 7 years. It’s one of our favorite places to eat. Today I was rather disappointed in the service as well as the portion size. There were 3 employees I never seen before a young black male with locs, a young black female with braids and a young white man. None of them were friendly. Usually when customers walk in they are welcomed with a friendly greeting, that did not happen. When they proceeded to take my order I rushed to choose what toppings I wanted, it was like I was a bother for being there. Although there were no other customers in there at that time. My son ordered a nachos kids meal and it was skimpy. I counted and it was literally 7 chips in the tray, that is ridiculous. They used to scoop a decent amount of chips. Are they now counting how many chips to place? So once it was time to pay I asked to type in my number so that I could redeem my rewards. I had $4 and some change that was eligible to be redeemed towards my orderso I chose utilize it then something happened with the tablet. The black male tried to see what happened. Once he did his thing I was able to pay but my $4 and change was gone so ended up paying the full price and losing my $4 and change. I love Gezzo’s so I will return, I just think the new employees need a better demeanor/ attitude when interacting with customers and give more than 7 chips in the nachos kids meal.

My son and I went here for the first time thinking we’re getting Mexican food with a California taste because we are from California. WRONG, this was the WORSE food I’ve ever tasted, we both got chicken burritos, the chicken was burnt, the chips we cooked in old dirty grease. First and last time
