There are iPads to order, but you cannot use them. They only display a QR code that you must scan with your phone (sorry International travelers). Please create an account. Please add credit card….The beverage delivery person can transport a drink to you from the cooler, but cannot take orders or handle money. Poor employee was trying her best to make the most of it and start conversations.

When I sat down yesterday afternoon (7/18/24) , it wasn’t busy, but every surface area of the bar was sticky. I watched as the bartender would pick up plates and cups as customers departed, did not wipe down a single seating area. Had to ask him to wipe my area down as my forearms were sticking to the bar, he handed me a wipe for me to clean up the seating area myself.
Ordered the Italian Sausage hoagie, it came out so so sad looking.

The bartender, Marc, was so much fun to talk to. He is very knowledgeable about beer and had us laughing our whole visit. The QR code ordering system usually takes away from bartender interaction, but he was very engaging. The chicken hoagie was good, beer should have more choices if it’s named “Biergarten”, but the Voodoo Ranger was a great suggestion by Marc. Airport pricing is high everywhere and this place is no exception, but I would come here again just for the service.

Took 20min to get a drink. The only way to order is online. I think a bartender from another location came to deliver my drink. 22$ for a tiny bloody mary about 8oz maybe 6oz without the ice. The server was polite but the location is clearly understaffed and mismanaged.

3.5 Stars, OK I know it’s an airport bar but 18 dollars for a draft beer is stupid, not to mention the pain in the butt way to order and pay. Could they make it any more of a pain.

Michael C handled at least 6 orders at once and handled them is such a great timely fashion. He’s truly great at what he does and deserves a raise!

too expensive and if you DONT want to get served, this is definitely the place you want to go to. i got my beer after 10 min the lady that came after me and ordered a cappuccino waited 20 min and left cause she had to go. servers should be behind the bar and not wandering around the airport.

This place was packed and there was one bartender. She was running food out from the kitchen and tending the bar. I have never seen this much hustle in a server ever. I didnt see another employee on the front lines. She was solo. I can only summize that this was her business and, f not, whatever they pay her is not enough. Didnt catch her name but blonde lady with long straight hair. RESPECT!

Straight up didn’t deliver my food. I’m a broke student so eating at the airport was already pricey, but now I have paid for nothing. Waited for an hour but had to leave. The people behind the bar left and there’s no number to reach anyone who runs/manages the restaurant. I feel like I’ve been scammed lol
