The new menu is rock solid. I’m saying that because I am hooked one new item. The Jalapeño Sausage Biscuit is so flavorful. I may be addicted to them. Some may say they are a little pricey, but they are totally worth it.
My favorite seasonal drink is, Breakfast Latte and with the warm temps we have been having, I get it iced. Can’t wait for the winter temperatures to come back, so I can have it warm.
Service is always quick, friendly and professional. Be sure to sign up their rewards program. You’ll be surprised how fast you’ll earn a reward. I like that by just giving your phone number, they know who you are and your name appears on your order. No need to tell them and have them misspell it like they do at Starbucks.

Definitely miss the OG location at the old Germania bank building, but this new location is beautiful and the drive thru runs so smoothly. The lookout on the top of the building was a great idea and allows you to see the riverfront just like the old location. Germania does coffee right and my wife and I will often go out of our way to grab a coffee here when we are in the area. Love this place!

I’ve gotten coffee from here several times and each time it’s a let down. I want to support local business and coffee shops but it’s hard when every time I order a coffee it’s just milk. I even ordered an extra shot of espresso today and it’s still just… milk..

Really good drinks and friendly employees. Order was served quickly and accurately. The building has some unique nooks and is just a cool place to hang out. You get a good view of the bridge. The seasonal drinks are fantastic.

Worst experience ever!! Now i did have a few questions about how to get the carmel lotte sweet she said i should order the carmel mocha instead with extra drizzle now when she fixed it …it was fire coffee but it had got cold i told her ima go around to get it warm because someone pulled up i even gave her a tip now when i go around to get it warm the lady snatch my cup and said this is the last thing we will do for you today i said “well dont worry about it hun just give me my money back” “ she said great one second” and i left it at that very rude very ugly attitude and i would never treat a customer like that thats giving you their money and just had a couple questions i told the lady can charge me for whatever extra she used she said no its ok Nd for me to pull around and someone make a good day go to ahit in 5 secs is crazy on a snowy morning smh you slow anyway all you have time to do is help a customer smh

For one I cannot wait until they open their new location. Every time I go in there the service is excellent. The coffee is excellent. The atmosphere is excellent. I’ve gotten so many of my co-workers addicted to The brewhouse now. I could not recommend it more. It is hands down the best coffee shop in Alton, Wood River or Godfrey.

We enjoyed our coffee drinks in the shop. They have drive-up service which is pretty special for a coffee shop downtown. Lots of unique choices including coldbrew, smoothies and your normal hot drinks. The staff was friendly.
I was especially interested in the self-serve beer wall which is currently closed. I hope the next time I am in it is open.
