If you’ve never had Georgian food before, let this be your sign to try it.

Tonight we discovered an absolute gem at Georgian Bakery & Tiflis in Parma Heights, and every dish was a reminder that some of the best culinary adventures happen close to home.

Everything was made fresh to order, and the moment the food hit the table the aromas alone were incredible. The Penovani Khachapuri came out baked to golden perfection — flaky, buttery pastry wrapped around rich, melted cheese that was pure comfort in every bite.

The Khinkali were enormous, traditional Georgian dumplings filled with savory broth and seasoned meat — fun to eat and packed with flavor. The Lobiani Lorit was hearty and satisfying, and the Ostri, a slow-simmered Georgian beef stew, was incredibly tender with deep, warming spices that made every bite better than the last.

What makes this place special is the authenticity. You can tell these dishes are made with care and tradition — the kind of cooking that transports you somewhere else entirely.

One of the most amazing things about Cleveland is that you don’t have to travel the world to experience it. Incredible global cuisine is hiding in neighborhoods just a few miles away.

Safe to say… we’ll be back for more.

I have never tried Georgian food before and this place is phenomenal. Georgian food is absolutely delicious. Try their beef and pork dumplings that are so juicy paired with the sauce. The spinach balls and smoky eggplant stuffed with with a smooth walnut and garlic compote was delectable. The fresh fruit tea (a speciality) was so refreshing. And, the baked pie with red beans was most delightful. They have a huge selection of keto/low carb options as well. This is our new favorite spot!

I’m a huge fan of Georgian cuisine, so this place was an absolute must-visit for me — and it did not disappoint! 10/10 ✨

Everything is freshly prepared right in front of you, and the wait time was only about 15 minutes. The food came out piping hot and perfectly packaged. The khinkali were absolutely delicious — flavorful, with just the right amount of pepper and herbs, and finally with that rich broth inside (a true sign of authentic khinkali!).

The spinach and cheese khachapuri had such a delicate, comforting taste, while the kharapuri with extra cheese was pure love at first bite — so juicy, rich, and mouthwatering.

This place is truly a gem! A wonderful dinner experience that I’d wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who loves amazing food and warm hospitality.

I recently visited the Georgian restaurant Tiflis, and it was an amazing experience. The authentic Georgian cuisine truly impressed me. The khachapuri was soft, cheesy, and fresh, and the khinkali (dumplings) were juicy and full of flavor. The wine selection is fantastic – Georgian wine pairs perfectly with the dishes.

The atmosphere is cozy, with a warm and welcoming vibe that makes you feel like you’re in Georgia. The service was attentive and friendly, and the staff explained the menu very well.

If you are looking for traditional Georgian food with excellent customer service, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend Tiflis for anyone who loves authentic flavors and wants a memorable dining experience.

We are thrilled to have a Georgian restaurant in the Cleveland area! We ordered khachapuri, khinkali, eggplant rolls, Olivier salad, and pkhali. Everything was made fresh to order and very tasty! The owner is Georgian and the food tastes the same as you would get in Georgia. Highly recommend!

I am beyond excited that we finally have Georgian food in Cleveland! (My friends in Chicago probably are, too, because now I won’t always make them eat Georgian food the whole time I’m visiting! )

The khachapuri, pkhali and eggplant rolls were all great!
