Wanted to love it. The topping choices are great, but lack flavor. I ordered the Shrimp, Chicken, Broccoli and Cheese potato. It was definitely missing something, like a alfredo sauce. Shrimp and Chicken were dry. Nothing was really fresh and toppings were reheated in the microwave. Im not a big fan of the microwave, for me it changes the texture of the food.
Overall it was just OK, but doesn’t make me want to return.

I don’t understand why the toppings are not fresh. Why is the topping for the BBQ being pulled out of the fridge and warm up in the microwave.
Service was good, food is not. The potatoes was big and good its self. But the toppings not being fresh is a stupid.

Upon arrival, my daughter and I were greeted with great customer service by Melissa. Since it was our first time, the menu was explained. I ordered the grilled chicken, broccoli and cheddar potato and my daughter ordered the bacon and cheddar one. The potatoes were dressed to order and came out fast and hot. Both potatoes tasted great and we’ll certainly return to try a different potato. Thank you for providing service with a smile Melissa!!!

First time here at the Georgia potato factory. The cashier Quinten was alert and gave me and my friend great service. I got the veggie potato (vegan) which had broccoli, bell peppers, onions, tomato’s, chives and green onions. To my surprise it was huge and very filling . Definitely recommend if you’re vegan and need something hearty and healthy!

The best loaded potatoes in Georgia! They are sooo good! The food is always fresh, the service is always fast, friendly and accurate. You can easily make two meals out of every potato, they’re very hearty and filling. You can’t go wrong. I’ve had a great experience every time. My favorites, the Philly and the shrimp, chicken, broccoli and cheese.
You should stop in for your next lunch/dinner, you won’t regret it!

The restaurant was a very clean and had a great atmosphere. The cashier was friendly and nice and made feel welcomed.
The food was very yummy and delicious. I got the jerk chicken. It was a bit spicy, tangy, and overall well seasoned. Can’t wait to try their other options!

I was happy to learn that I could combine flavors for orders in the future but I had my heart set on BBQ chicken and omg it’s delicious! Customer service was wonderful as the gentlemen working was very helpful and friendly while humming along to a love song playing over the speaker while he made our order. The portion was huge and I’m finishing the rest of it now as a 2nd meal. We will definitely be returning in the near future

I ordered through Uber Eats, so I can’t comment on the service or atmosphere. It takes a lot for me to write a review, but I had such high hopes for this meal. Unfortunately, the broccoli tasted like it came from frozen, and the chicken was really dry. I love the concept of this restaurant and wanted to enjoy it, but I just wish the food had been fresh.
