Wonderful restaurant serving Indian and Thai food. The staff is very friendly and the service was quick. Dishes are reasonably priced. The restaurant is a little bit hidden underground. Take the stairs that leads you the restaurant below. Can definitely recommend this restaurant for Indian and Thai cuisine.

The staff here are friendly and the atmosphere is happily noisy. The customers were mainly South Asian families when I visited, adding to the homely atmosphere. The Thai food, however, was not very Thai, and was more Indian in flavour. My fried rice was extremely peppery, which is not a flavour typically associated with Thai fried rice. This might be because we visited on a day that the Thai chef wasn’t working. So the food was good, just not as expected.

Great little authentic restaurant, with chefs room Thailand and India! Indians eat there, so you know it’s good! I went twice! Once for Indian food and then again for Thai food!

It’s a great restaurant, the front doesn’t do it justice. We were a little disappointed with the duck wraps, it came a little too crispy for us and the wraps were a little on the hard side. The Bindi had green chilli in which is lovely but we had a little too much in ours. However we really enjoyed the food overall, kids loved the chicken fried rice and the Chicken Red Thai was amazing. Just shy off top marks but a great place.

We went on holiday to Inverness and found this friendly, cozy restaurant downtown. We ordered so many things like Gobi Manchurian, chicken lollipop for starter and Mutton Biriyani and Dosas in main course. Food was really amazing especially the Biriyani was very flavourful, rich and perfectly balanced… my family loved that! Kids said they had the best mutton Biriyani ever!
Best part is that the chef personally came to our table to serve us and asked for feedback. He is genuinely very humble and welcoming. So I can definitely recommend this place if you want a nice, tasty and relaxing dinner with your family or friends.

We were a walk-in without a reservation on Wednesday lunchtime. We were happily greeted and shown to a table. We ordered our drinks, my friends shared a bottle of wine but as I was driving, I opted for a mango lassi which was delicious. The food menu had a large choice of tasty sounding dishes, we could choose the level of spice as everything is cooked to order. We all opted for something different. We were given poppadums and a small selection of chutney and dips whilst we waited for our meal to be prepared. When the food arrived we weren’t disappointed, the portions were generous and the flavours were superb.
I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough for the absolutely fantastic service, the top quality freshly prepared food, and the reasonable prices. George’s restaurant is a hidden gem opposite the Post Office. From street level, it is down a flight of stairs. So, from an unprepossessing exterior there awaits a little piece of Asia, one floor below.
The reason I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere was that the restaurant was so quiet but hopefully the restaurant will get busier and people will support this long standing local business.

Great Thai and Indian food. We had the Pad Thai and the chicken and chilli masala. Flavours were fantastic, just note that medium spice here is hot. Their naan bread was also top notch, tender with a bit of crunch at the edges and very moist. There is lots of seating and they make everything fresh so it does take some time to come out.

+1 for playing Bollywood music videos.
