We had the seafood penne, sausage spaghetti, meatballs on the side, and cannolis. Everything was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere is simple quaint with dim lighting off candle chandelier and sconces. There is a bar (standing, no barstools) serving wine, beer, and sangria.

I appreciated the ability to create my own pasta dish, and I could really taste the freshness of the food. The restaurant has a small space, which can get quite loud when it’s busy, so I recommend making reservations. Adding some table covers and padded chairs could make the atmosphere feel cozier. Overall, the prices are decent.

And y’know what? You don’t need to speak Italian to enjoy an outstanding meal at George’s Cucina Italiana. And y’know what else? You won’t spend anywhere near as much as you would at one of those branded restaurant chains either.
George’s is a modest, family-owned restaurant hidden in Glendale’s quaint Kenneth Village. But, don’t let its unassuming ambiance distract you from its really outstanding food. Like any great restaurant, the food is why you’d come here. It’s authentic, it’s fresh, and it’s prepared to perfection.
Seating is intimate, parking is free and easy to find on the neighboring streets; and for those of you who don’t get enough sax in your life, there is a live saxophonist apparently playing every Friday night.
I dine out frequently and I am simply (and happily) drawn to George’s. I’ve never been disappointed and you won’t be either. Buon appetito!

My family and I went to this restaurant to have a nice family dinner, but, it was not so nice, not only was the food terrible, but the staff was very unpleasant, they were very rude, especially a worker that goes by the name Ashley, she has the worst customer service, by daughter asked if she could get a refill after waiting 15min, mind you there was only 2 other people in the restaurant, as soon as my daughter asked her, she looked her dead in her eyes and said does it look like I have time right now? I’ll get to you when I can, I was flabbergasted. I would think twice before going to this restaurant.

My family and I had a wonderful experience here. The atmosphere was perfect and the waitress was super friendly. It dark and candlelit very romantic but also somehow worked for the family as well. Arman was playing guitar and singing and interacted with our children beautifully. He was very talented and knew how to hold a perfect volume. Everybody’s dish was delicious. I wish George’s was in the Bay Area. I’d actually give more than 5 stars if I could.

Cozy and lovely little Italian place that lives up to my Italian wife’s very high standards. I don’t even recommend or suggest Italian places to her anymore because I don’t want her to be disappointed. But she loves George’s. We’ve been there twice now. I had their meat lasagna both times because I love lasagna and theirs is delicious. My wife got a pizza the first time and their chicken parm the second time. She loved both. There’s plenty of street parking and the service was great. We’ll definitely be back!
