Ramen and other few side dishes are great too! Totally recommend!!
It was not simplest to find because the location hasn’t been set up in Apple Map but I compared the building number to find it. It’s next to a boba shop in the same complex. Parking was spacious.
Highlights of the menu:
1. Grilled cheese oysters
2. Octopus
3. Squid
4. Jumbo shrimp
5. Hamachi collar
6. Tako wasabi – sashimi squid with wasabi
The seafood platter is huge and amazing! Casual ambiance and quick service.
I’ll compare genta with others I’m familiar with. There is Morris Ramen in Madison. Their broth is overly rich in my opinion. Morris Ramen is rated the best ramen in all of Wisconsin.
I like their arch rival better. There was Umami Ramen. Their broth is light and their ramen is very flavorful.
There is a tonkatsu ramen offered by volcanic sushi in Gainesville. Theirs has obvious inspiration from Vietnamese pho and Chinese noodle dishes. It certainly helps that their executive chef is an Iron Chef America winner in Florida.
Now you will notice that I am comparing the restaurant to some tough competition. I think this is where it belongs.
I ordered a vegetarian ramen on my visit. The chef prepared it such that a lot of the flavors weren’t ruined. It takes some skill to do that.
I will definitely visit here again.
