I want to thank Geno’s Pizza & It’s Game Time Bar and Grill in Preston, Ia. Yesterdays ride ended in some real bad downpours and we needed a place to stop. It was close to their closing time and they allowed to us to order and get dried off. They offered us a few dry towels and even put Tammy Morgans wet shirt in the drier. They also let us know about downed power lines on our route home. Cheri and I have celebrated many grandchild birthday’s there which is how I knew about this place. Always been the old style thin crust Gig’s greasy (not nearly as though) pizza which is fantastic. I would have recommended them before this. BUT this time they went above and beyond and I will never forget the help at a point where we were down and out and very tired and they revived us enough to make the slow trek home. There was many spots where the gravel had washed on the road and small remains of downed tree branches plus animals were out in force. We made it home safe and are now looking forward to Gino’s left overs tonight! Thanks so much again and see ya soon!

After hearing about this little place for years from my dad, tonight was the first visit. One if the best pizzas I’ve had. Crust had the right amount of crunch and no soft spots as if not baked all the way. Toppings were generous. And the CHEESE! Wow! No skimping on cheese here! Waitress was more than helpful with explaining differences in the crusts. And she smiled easily. So many don’t these days. Great experience, great pizza! I will definitely be back!

It is worth the drive from Davenport to eat dinner at this fine Preston, Iowa restaurant. How can you go wrong with three hardshell tacos with all the fixings for an appetizer (per person) followed by a pizza that is loaded with all the toppings and cooked perfectly every time I’ve been there? The consistency of the food and the staff have never disappointed me. Keep up the superb work Geno’s Pizza.

Geno’s has a really good think crust pizza. I have not tried their other crusts but the thin crust was great. Plenty of toppings. Great cheese. And just the right sauce.
