Had a wonderful dining experience here tonight. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends. The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh and beautifully presented—almost too pretty to eat! Every bite was delicious, and the service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a place I would love to come back to again. Highly recommended!

We had a company team bonding dinner here and it was really good. The sushi was amazing, the hibachi was amazing and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Highly recommend!! Service was pretty good. They do have tables without hibachi as well.

We live out of town and my sister in law brought us to Gen Sushi and Hibachi. The food was amazing from the edamame appetizer to the miso soup to the fresh sushi and the teriyaki chicken. The four of us were all duly impressed with the food and the service!! Dinner started with warm hand towels provided by our kind and efficient server. Our food was not only served in a timely manner but the presentation was extremely impressive.
As we were finishing we noticed the chef preparing a sushi feast. The boat of sushi designed for a group of regular customers was incredible. One woman told us she drove 45 minutes just to have the fresh sushi. That is a high compliment!!
If you aren’t a fan of sushi the menu offers many other options. We will definitely visit again when we are in town.

We recently celebrated my wife’s birthday with a group of 18 guests, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Organizing a large party can be stressful, but the staff handled everything smoothly and made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of.
We started with a sushi boat for appetizers, and it was an immediate hit with everyone. The presentation was stunning—plentiful rolls, fresh sashimi, and a beautiful arrangement that got everyone’s cameras out before the chopsticks came in. The variety was impressive, and the fish tasted fresh and high-quality.
For the main course, we all enjoyed hibachi, which brought great energy to the night. Each dish was cooked perfectly to order, and the portions were generous.
The service throughout the evening was excellent—attentive, organized, and patient with such a large group. Timing was smooth, drinks stayed full, and everything came out hot and fresh.

I went with my friends after a hardcore yoga class together. We had both raw and cooked food. They were all very fresh and yummy, and looked like art pieces! Proteins after workout, perfect! And the servers checked on us often, never left my tea cup empty. Definitely will come back!

Splendid unexpected find, lovely staff. Amazing range of options. Stopped here while travelling not wanting more red meat and can recommend the monkey mountain as a less found option to try. The Uni is strongly recommended too
