Gelato Spot & Wood Fired Pizza
Unfortunately really subpar pizza. As I was eating the pepperoni pie, all that I could think of is Plain Jane virtually zero flavor. I actually struggled to even find any remnants of cheese on the pie and extremely limited marinara sauce. I guess the only perk is it wasn’t greasy LOL. Couldn’t believe that my waitress never even walked over once and said hey how’s your pizza? So after being ignored throughout the entire meal, I walked over to the front desk and I said do I just pay here or does the waitress come over and hand me a check? The girl who rang me up, said typically the waitress would come over to you so I said well she must be extremely busy and the front desk girl responded back nope she’s not busy at all
It’s to say, I’ll never come back. I didn’t really want to stick around to try out the gelato after having such bland pizza. I think it’s safe to say I’ll stay clear of this place.

Great experience! The chicken salad was fresh and tasty. The meetball spaghetti had tender meatballs in a rich sauce, and the chicken pizza was crispy and flavorful. Friendly staff and cozy ambiance made it even better. Highly recommend!

I give a 4 because the Gelato was amazing and my friend loved their vegan option. The pizza was underwhelming, only a 3. Both of us thought they needed more sauce. The toppings on my Testarossa were very good, nicely picked and tasty. Her veggie was also a decent blend of toppings. Will return – for Gelato.

We use to love this place. We were regulars. We’ve had now 3 orders that have been lacking in quality. The last time this happened I drove back to have it resolved but this time I feel I’ve given them enough opportunities and unfortunately it’s just not worth it anymore. This was the Spicy pepperoni. With basically one pepperoni on each slice. This has happened before and that’s when I went back to have them make it right but this just shows me complete lack of care of quality and any effort into making a pepperoni pizza. There is hardly ever any sauce on the pizza as well. May just be their way of making the pizzas but when it’s not consistently like this, we don’t know what to expect. We may go for gelato every now and then but we aren’t interested in giving any more chances with their pizza.

The food first. They had the best Cesar Salad dressing I have ever had. I would go back for the salad. The pizza was just OK. To be fair I ate there on New Year’s Day and I think they were a bit understaffed. Go for the salad though

I love their pizza and ice cream! Honey basil pizza is especially great, I’ve been coming here since they opened. Excellent service and great food, I mean really tasty pizza and salads. Happy customer.

Today was my first time trying this place. I was just driving by and decided to stop in when I walked in this little lady sat me down very quickly very nice about it and then after I’m seated towards the back, she goes into the kitchen and I hear her start like yelling at whoever’s back there about me barley waking in mind you I just walked in. It was empty, maybe like two people eating Gelato and I just thought it was really absurd that I had only sat down and she starts yelling full on at the people in the back to come up in the front. And after that, this young lady came up serving me great service she had very attentive. I just think there’s a really nicer way to do that and then once she does that she gets on the phone and then she starts talking on the phone loudly very loudly in the lobby and just airing all the business out and I just thought that was really inappropriate especially you know you go back to sit down and just gossip what look like with her friend the whole time I was there and all these servers I see where you know I’m doing the work nonstop and she could’ve asked them very nicely to come to the front. She’s didn’t she did so I thought that was very inappropriate and not right of her and I hope that wasn’t the owner if it is, she needs an attitude check because these are her workers and they shouldn’t be treated that way. Food was amazing though so was the gelato and the waitress.

This was our first time yesterday in this restaurant we were there about 7:30 and noticed we were the only people in the restaurant and I thought that was a little odd. We decided we want to get two pizzas and when we went to order them she told us we could only order the large ones and I thought that was kind of odd but we ordered anyway they brought the pizzas out and mine had huge bubbles so everything was in the middle and the pizza was very bland and was just simply not impressed with the pizzas at all. I don’t expect this place will be in business very long at the quality of pizza they serve. And telling you can only Wonder one size of pizza. And I definitely don’t like places that want you to tip before you even get your food I think that’s very rude.

I had the 12″ barbecue chicken pizza and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The crust was perfectly cooked and the amount of toppings was just right. Great tasting barbeque sauce as well. “I’ll be back”.
