Gelatin Envy is a delightful spot that offers a refreshingly clean and well-maintained environment. From the moment you step in, the atmosphere is inviting and pristine, making for a comfortable experience.
While the selection of flavors might be limited, every option we tried was a winner—the gelato is genuinely high-quality and tastes excellent. They focus on doing a few flavors very well, which is often preferable to a large, overwhelming, and mediocre selection.
Beyond the signature gelato, Gelatin Envy offers a nice variety of other treats, including Sundaes and various Drinks. This makes it a great spot whether you’re craving a simple scoop or something more elaborate.

Wow! Was expecting to love the gelato here but was still surprised how smooth and creamy it was. Even better than the reviews said. Flavors were so fresh and the store was super clean. Owner was there, and so friendly and even offered us complementary hot chocolate. We’d been to gelato shops in Italy and this is at the very top. People who live nearby are lucky to have this treat nearby.

There’s this awesome gelato spot in the Denville-Rockaway area where they make fresh gelato every day and offer a wide range of flavors. Their signature one is called “Every Flavor,” and they always have other tempting options too.
Every day, they post the flavor of the day on their Instagram. I’ve been trying to get my hands on pistachio or orange, but by the time I get there, it’s always sold out.

Took my kids here to try gelato and the flavors were delicious. I really liked that they used real mini spoons versus the small plastic spoons for samples to reduce plastic waste. I tried the fluffer-nutter and honey-comb caramel flavors and both were incredible. Gelato was super smooth and flavorful, highly recommend giving them a try.

Visited for the first time and the Gelato was good. But the portion sizes left me a bit wanting. I’ve never gotten such a small size of Gelato from any other place. It was like two mini scoops for child. They don’t use normal size ice cream scoops. I was very confused when i got it.

Scouting this gelato location as part of Scary Good Eats on the Food Network App. There are not many Gelato only locations in the State and those that do serve it get it delivered. This place is making gelato fresh everyday with a wide range of flavors. I did ask what their Signature Flavor was and was told Every Flavor, so I had to choose and I went with Cold Brew Coffee. It was good, but I didn’t taste much of the Coffee part of the flavor. It was very Suttle on every few scoops. Ordered a mini which was $5 and provided an average serving for your money. The store was Super Clean and had outstanding presentation. Service was good. I would go back again, need to try a new flavor. If you are a fan of Gelato, then this is your place.

Delicious Gelato, we tried a flight (peach cobbler, apple pie, banana cream pie, key lime pie, stracciatelle, and chocolate envy), and all of the flavors were delicious. Love that they dont use any artificial colors or flavoring. Every bite was packed with flavor. It was hard to pick a favorite. They rotate flavors daily (check Instagram for the flavors of the day). They also offer pup cups!
